Rökfritt och husdjurfritt hem. Detta vackra waterfront sjö hus ligger i Bushkill, PA inom Pocono Mountain Lake Estates (PMLE) gemenskap och nÀra alla större attraktioner. Our stay at Lakeberry was exceptional. The home was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Communication with Jose and Jennifer exceeded expectations — they are attentive and gracious hosts. The surrounding area is stunning, with deer frequently in the area and passing through the property. We especially enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and cozy fireplace. With Bushkill Falls only five minutes away, this location is ideal for both relaxation and exploration. The beautiful Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is also right in the area. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time! Loved the close proximity to the lake and of course the hot tub was a huge hit. If I were to state a negative I would be the overall square footage is less then anticipated. The TV viewing area really only accommodates 5 people comfortably. The pictures on line were very deceiving.

Great from start to finish! Quiet property overlooking the lake. Hot tub that overlooks the lake was my fave!

Everything was great with our stay from start to finish. The house is on a quiet property overlooking a small beautiful lake. My favorite was using the hot tub on the deck that overlooks the lake. Overall excellent stay and thankful for the kind hosts who had us 🙂

Family weekend trip

Nice home with great amenities. My family really enjoyed the hot tub and the digital game boards as well as the fire pit with the lake views. Area is peaceful and quiet. Overall a great stay.

Great Stay!

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful setting on the lake in the middle of the forest. Saw deer all over the place. Very clean and comfortable. Jose and Jennifer very responsive to all our questions most importantly being how to get the direct TV channel with the World Series games!

Great Stay! Peaceful house near the lake, clean and comfortable

Had a great stay at the lakeberry lakehouse. Its a peaceful house around 100 feet or so from the lake. The property was clean and comfortable. We had a nice peaceful memorial day weekend resting here. The Jacuzi was spotless, and already working when we reached the property and stayed at 100+ degree temperature the entire stay ready for us to step into at any time. The deck was great to have your morning coffee and do a grill session on. Jose and Jennifer were proactive with communication from the moment I booked the trip. We didn't really need to talk to them during the trip mostly because all the information was readily made available to us beforehand making the checkin and checkout process a breeze.

Great Lake Property

The lake was stocked with all kinds of fish. The deer came to see us everyday. Having the kayaks and paddle boat were great! The house is in a perfect lactation if you need to grab something quick from the store too. Cheers!

Great Home and Location

This is a great home to stay in for vacation. From the time my family booked the vacation, the owner was extremely communicative. He was helpful in answering any questions about the property and provided a guide to help us plan our trip. Once we arrived at the property, the home was extremely clean and included the necessary provisions. The home has great lake views and we enjoyed the peddle boat. The home is also close to Bushkill Falls and many other hiking trails as well as Camelback. I would highly recommend the home and would stay there again.

Between the beauty of the location, cleanliness of the house and accommodating host, our trip was spectacular. Special props to Jose and Jennifer for creating such a wonderful weekend. Even if it wasn’t one of the best priced properties in the area, I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to the poconos.

Wonderful wooded get away

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. Despite inclement weather the first day we still had a great time. the kids enjoyed the game console and we absolutely loved the upper deck screened porch to also play some games we brought from home. The second day we took the boats out and caught lots of fish on the water! It’s a quiet lake which was the perfect size for my kids to navigate on their own. The last day we really enjoyed the fire pit and making s’mores! We had a lovely stay and the kitchen was well stocked and we cooked all meals. The hot tub was a nice bonus for the cooler days (although the tub’s temperature wasn’t hot hot) it was a lot of fun. We highly recommended this property!

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautiful, and the hot tub was great. The wildlife was our favorite part about the trip. We also enjoyed the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat. The only thing we wished to of been better would’ve been the area near the dock was full of seaweed. Recommend having good water shoes for getting in and out of the canoe, kayaks, or paddle boat. Our son was wearing flip-flops and ended up getting a large slice on his foot. But other than that, we loved it here! The house was very clean and cozy!

You'll find that you are surrounded by luxury amenities like Hot Tub, fast internet and Smart TVs, secure electronic locks and many other items for your entertainment needs, as well as comfortable spaces inside to enjoy with friends or loved ones!

You will have 100% access to this private lakefront home, parking and backyard with a view of the water from your very own deck. You can enjoy kayaking or fishing on it's 0.6 acres while you're there!

The property has everything you need for a great stay. You will have access to the community center as well which has a Gym, Tennis, Basketball Courts, library, bar, etc with our private guest tags. INDOOR AND OUTDOOR heated Pool access.

This beautiful waterfront lake house is located in Bushkill, PA within the Pocono Mountain Lake Estates (PMLE) community and near all major attractions, including Shawnee (20 mins) and Camelback (40 mins) in the Winter, water parks like Aquatopia and Kalahari and much more. It's about 5 miles from the Delaware River and Bushkill Falls.

Our family has enjoyed many summers at this home with our kids and it’s an ideal all-year getaway spot.
