Perfect for families or friends, the cottage sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with two beds â plus 2 full bathrooms for an easy, comfortable stay.
Head outside and feel the stress melt away. Sip your morning coffee on the private deep-water pier, soak up the sunshine on the floating dock, or settle into the shaded seating area with a good book. Bring your own boat or jet ski (ramps just minutes away!) or rent from Lake Effects or Lake Norman Boat Rentals for fun-filled days on the lake.
Inside, the bright and open living area invites everyone to gather â whether sharing a meal in the refreshed kitchen or cozying up after a day in the sun. A full-size washer and dryer are available to keep things simple during your stay.

Originally from the Northeast, weâve been proud to call Charlotte home for the past eight yearsâand we absolutely love it. From our very first summer in North Carolina, we were drawn to Lake Norman and instantly felt at home. Our dream has always been to have a home on the water where we could create lasting memories with our children.
