Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you enjoyed the home's layout, kitchen, extra rollaway beds, and convenient location near the beach. We do wish these concerns had been reported during your stay so we could have addressed the upstairs shower's water pressure, the warm downstairs bedroom, and the odor in the home while you were here. The pool and common areas are maintained by the HOA, so we'll be sure to pass along your comments regarding the pool conditions, access, and smoking around the pool area. Thank you for choosing Padre Escapes. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway.

Simple reviews like this make us smile! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and loved the property's location. Thank you for choosing to stay with us—we hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway soon!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad our team was able to respond quickly to the maintenance items you reported, including replacing the leaking faucet and addressing the shower. Providing prompt service during our guests' stays is always a priority. We're sorry to hear the home's layout and cooling didn't fully meet your expectations. While room temperatures can vary depending on the home's layout and the summer heat, we understand comfort is important. Along the Texas coast, it's also not uncommon for the occasional pest to find its way indoors despite regular professional pest control. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us identify opportunities for improvement, and we'll be sure to share your feedback with the team. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to host your stay, and we wish you all the best on your future travels.
