Lakeside elegance awaits at this spacious Lake Conroe retreat. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a built-in bar, and a study featuring a pull-out bed, it comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Enjoy a private pool and direct lake access with two boat docks. Located in Harbor Point, this home is perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation and style.
A built-in bar adds a touch of sophistication for entertaining, while the open-concept layout flows seamlessly into outdoor living. Enjoy the private pool and or head down to the lake where two boat docks await your next adventure.
We`re located in the peaceful Harbor Point community, just minutes from charming downtown Montgomery, local dining, and outdoor attractions like Fernland Historical Park and Sam Houston National Forest.
Guests will enjoy secure, keyless entry through a smart lock at the private back entrance no need to worry about keys!
The room with the bunk bed is an open room upstairs leading towards the stairs, that area does not have a door.
**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.
Pest control comes by every month, but due to the property being next to a lake, expect some bugs outside.
Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking.
Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
You will also be required to choose between two damage protection options: either pay a $500 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
