You will love this quiet neighborhood in a private section of Walden on Lake Conroe. You have lakefront access directly in front of our property by way of a peaceful canal that you can enjoy.

Easy access to the lake, boating, swimming in the canal, fishing, using the paddle boards and floats we provide, and conveniently parking your boat on our bulkhead during your stay! Enjoy the shaded deck, or have family dinner over looking the lake!

We are around the corner from Einstein's Ship Store where you can rent boats, and a quick boat ride or a 7 minute car ride to Margaritaville where you can get day passes and use their amenities!

Downtown Montgomery is so quaint and has some wonderful shops, restaurants, and activities!

You'll have access to the whole townhouse, community pool, gym, racquet club, Lake Conroe, Property specific bulkhead to park your boat or get picked up by a boatsetter, the yacht club, lakeside restaurants and the Walden landscaped trails and outdoor parks for your enjoyment during your stay.

You will enjoy a carefree, fun filled time during your stay at EverGreen Cove! You have direct access to a quiet cove outside the back door where you can paddle board, swim, fish, and park your boat!

No boat? No problem! Einstein's is a short walk away and has boats for renting or you can rent from a boatsetter and individuals will drop the boat off in front of the Property.

We loved that it's located on an inlet so it's quiet and no boat traffic. It's close to some amazing restaurants and Margaritaville. The house is always very clean when we arrive and we like that she has a book on the coffee table that explains everything with respect to the house and activities outside the house. Elizabeth is a wonderful person to work with and always responds to messages quickly. We will definitely be coming back again!"

There are two parking spaces directly in front of our place for your use. Only two cars allowed to park here. There is also guest parking up the street that is first come first serve.
