Du kommer att ha mer än "Bear Necessities" när du valde denna helt nya fem sovrum stuga. Vackra trägolv belyser stora öppna ytor som ger dig gott om utrymme att sprida ut eller samlas ihop. Vardagsrummet har två berättelser om fönster och UTSIKT! Du måste bara se det för att inse hur vackra bergen är året runt. På vintern, mysig upp till den elektriska spisen och titta på dina favoritprogram på en stor platt-TV. Öppet konceptkök med matbord har gott om arbetsplats för att skapa minnesvärda måltider. Tvättstuga strax utanför köket. Sovrum på huvudnivån har en queen size-säng, TV och ett badkar som också öppnar upp till familjerummet. Huvudnivå däck har en gasgrill (precis utanför köket) och en 4-5 person badtunna på utsidan av huset. På övervåningen finns en soffa i landningen och tre sovrum. En med en king size-säng, TV och privat badrum och tillgång till ett privat däck. De andra två har queen-sängar med tv-apparater och de delar ett Jack and Jill-badrum (delad toalett och dusch med handfat på vardera sidan). På bottenvåningen finns det femte sovrummet med en dubbelsäng, TV och badkar som delas med spelrummet och en dörr till ytterdäck. Alla kommer att njuta av att spela Foosball eller skjuta pool i spelrummet eller umgås på det täckta däck. Vem blir din grupps mästare? Den totala inre kvadratmeter är 3 127. Huset ligger i området North Chalet Village i Ski Mountain, bara 10 minuter från centrala Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge eller Great Smoky Mountains National Park. På sommaren kan du njuta av tillgång till tre klubbhus på berget med utomhusbad och andra bekvämligheter.

Great location but dated property and furniture

Location is great with Gatlinburg downtown just down the slope but takes about 15-20 mins to drive down. Quite neighborhood with a lot of construction going on after the wildfires The furniture was dated in the house with squeaky mattresses to broken chair on the patio We had an issue with a jack and Jill bathroom door not closing on either side . Contacted the property management company the first day, no one turned up till the next day and then also they were not able to fix it after multiple visits. So we had to use other bathrooms which was a big hassle Contacted the owner and the only response I got was “sorry that it was not fixed” and nothing else I am sure you can find better properties at that high price (given it was Labor Day weekend) Overall good experience but not so impressed by the owner

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Saw lots of bears from the cabin. Cabin was perfect size for our group on 10. Would love to visit again and would highly recommend.

Bear Necessities

My family of 8 stayed in Gatlinburg recently. We enjoyed our time in our home in Mountain Laurel Chalets. The location was perfect - we were close to downtown and many of the attractions and restaurants we wanted to see. I would highly recommend this location to other visitors!

Nice big house that suited our two families well. Kids loved the hot tub. I would recommend replacing the skillets in the kitchen.

June 2022 “Bear Necessity”

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Bear Necessity on June 10-16, 2022 on Village Loop Road. Cabin location provided easy access to downtown Gatlinburg(5-10 min) and a wonderful view of Mount Leconte. Chalet was spacious with full amenities, game room, three outdoor decks, hot tub and bright, mountain themed decor. Very well maintained and the rental staff was extremely efficient and pleasant in answering our questions and addressing any needs we had. The pool and recreation area was within two minutes of the chalet, well maintained and staffed at all times. Would completely recommend this and am looking forward to coming again in the fall (already booked!)!

Stay at Laurel Chalets

Overall stay was pleasant. Only complaint was that the outside trash bins should have been emptied during the week. We had a large group therefore we accumulated a lot of trash. Unfortunately we had to leave trash bags in the kitchen because there wasn’t any room In outside bin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great Chalet. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Drive up not so bad but I’ve driven these roads many times. The drive looks bad but is fine. Only bad thing is table on deck has missing screws so if you lean on it one side goes up in the air. Saw many bears in driveway so cool, and of coarse Mountain Laurel chalets are the best co. To rent from. Till next time.

Nice home

Beautiful home. Nice views. Very clean. Only negative comment would be about the trip up the mountain. Roads to the house could be a little intimidating if you never drove in the mountains.

Christmas in the Mountains

This cabin exceeded our expectations. The view were gorgeous. The Christmas tree and decor throughout was a beautiful touch which made us feel warm and fuzzy! We even saw fireworks on NYE from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed which allowed us to cook up delicious meals for our family. We felt safe and right at home here. Cheryl and Pam were incredibly helpful and everyone was so accommodating. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Wonderful Getaway
