"Island Dream" ligger i det lugna Sunset Harbour Villas-komplexet halvvägs mellan den kustnära vattenvägen och Mexikanska golfen på den vackra Navarra-stranden. Även om detta inte är en fastighet vid stranden, är det bara en kort promenad, 1 - 1 1/2 kvarter från stranden. Stor gemensam pool och gasgrill för din njutning.

Kuststugan charm i vår lägenhet gör det omedelbart ditt hem hemifrån i det ögonblick du går genom dörren. Vardagsrummet har en soffa och två bekväma stolar utrustade med en 32 tums platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Det rymliga köket är utrustat med allt du behöver för att förbereda fullständiga måltider eller små snacks. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, en 24-tums platt-TV och DVD-spelare och ett privat badrum med badkar / dusch. Våningssängar ger ett bekvämt sovutrymme för barn eller vuxna i en korridor. Ett andra badrum utanför hallen är tillgängliga för din bekvämlighet. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i enheten för din användning.

Stoppa och hämta matvaror innan du korsar bron till ön och du behöver inte komma in i bilen igen när du är här, eller om du föredrar kan du uppleva några av de utmärkta restaurangerna i området. Great location

This condo is a great location. Located a little ways from the pier and restaurants but very close to the local beach and condo pool. It has all you need for a great stay at the beach.

Enjoyable stay

The condo was clean with a fully equipped kitchen, and walking distance to the Sound and the Gulf. Very peaceful area and everything was in good working condition. We would like to come again.

Island Dream

Clean, and clean pool, amenities as described, easy check in and check out, but had to use a sound machine on loud to sleep at night (could hear neighbors).

Beautiful Inside and Out

Unit was beautiful! We had a nice view of the sound - perfect at sunset! Owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all messages.

Early fall vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several different condos in the Villas. This was one of the cleanest and well kept condos. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Furniture was newer and comfortable. The condo sits close to the pool, for easy access to it. There is a view of the bay. Sunset Harbour Villas are at the far end of Navarre Beach, We love this location as it is away from the pier and the high rises, but yet a very short drive to the pier and restaurants. Navarre Sands Rental was Great and Easy to work with on renting the condo. We will definitely rent through them again.

Perfect for family of 4

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very convenient to the pool, and the sound was a short walk with a great beach area for the kids. There were a couple of public beach access areas close by but too far for us to lug our beach stuff so we ended up driving. If we stayed here again would strongly consider renting one of the golf carts up the street for easier transportation. The unit was clean and well stocked for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the cable tv in living room was spotty and we were not able to use it. The TV did have netflix and we were able to sign into our account to watch. Other than that everything was great and would definitely recommend!

Mostly A Good Stay

First off, very nice place that was clean, comfortable and good location. Why I probably wouldn't stay here again - 1) we flew in from out of town for a wedding so brought only our clothes. We stay at VRBOs and AirBs because there is a kitchen and we like to cook basic meals for breakfast and lunch and go out for dinner. We were mystified that the kitchen had no basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray, ketchup or aluminum foil (for grilling), first rental we have had with nearly bare kitchen. It cost us $$$ to buy these items to cook only for them to be tossed out when we left - kinda silly when the owner could provide these, keep on site and spread the cost out over 10 renters. Id suggest charging a couple dollars more a night and provide these inexpensive items to make it easier. 2) Both my wife and my allergies went crazy when we were in Florida and it was worse the minute we walked into the townhome with itchy runny eyes & nose. We weren't there long enough to be certain of the cause so maybe others can add comments if they experience the same and find a connection. 3) my wife has long thick hair and discovered the blow dryer only worked on cool and on low setting this making it useless. 4) also discovered while getting ready to touch up wrinkles jn dress the iron does not work properly, no steam so attended in wrinkles dress. 5) getting ready to leave read check out info that instructed us to wash and dry the towels before leaving.

Fit our needs nicely

Overall, this condo was nice, comfy, and quiet. It was within a short walk to the beach, but plenty of parking if you didn't want to walk. The kitchen looked well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Nice water pressure in showers. My only suggestion is for extra pillows for those like me that like to use more than one. I would stay here again.

Navarre condo

Fantastic unit! Perfectly appointed, king sized bed, nice linens and quilts, quite and off the main drag. Easy drive to anywhere, nice pool with outdoor shower, short walk to the beach, lots of smart touches (lots of hooks and racks, lots of beach stuff and hangers, outlets and extention cords, soaps, good toilet paper, soap, etc.) Cozy properties and attentive office staff. Perfect for a couple, grandma and grandkids, families (sleeps 6 comfortably). Well designed space and a roomy kitchen. Tons of dishes and powerful ac. Fans in all rooms. We will book again!

THE best "Home Away from Home"

Easy access to the pool and the beaches on the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf side. Gas, food and groceries were just minutes away. The unit we stayed in was very clean and all we had to being was food and out personals, everything else was supplied for us. Our unit was very spacious to accommodate for our needs. I would highly recommend Navarre Sands Rentals to anyone for a wonderful stay during a vacation. It was most definitely made to be a "Home away from Home" Vacation.

Small and near the beach

Great value - very close to the beach!

This is a great property that is far enough from The Gulf that the price is low, but the beach is a very short 5 minute walk. The area was very quiet and the best part, you can take a sunset stroll on the sound side and get one of the best shows I have ever seen! The until is updated and clean. The kitchen was stocked very well, especially for a rental. The only negative thing I can say is the patio chairs need replacing, as they are very wobbly and seem dangerous.

Quiet and clean

The condo was a nice stay for us. We were not in the condo much as we were in Florida playing sports for the week, but it was nice and clean and served our needs well. The check-in process was easy and the keypad on the door made it so simple to come and go as we needed. The close beach access was also nice and it was very quiet.
