The only complaint was the water smell. Fairly strong sulfur smell and house needed aired out. Some guests found it to be too strong and didn’t trust drinking it although owners reassured it is safe to drink.

Thank you for staying with us! Since your visit, we've installed a whole-home water filtration system to eliminate the sulfur smell from our well water. We'd love to host you again and hope you'll come back soon!

This home is in a great location! It is central to everything in Deep Creek! We were able to get Walmart delivery without any issues, which was convenient. The host let us know of a couple of issues prior to arrival (which were no big deal, but appreciated the communication). It is perfect for large groups. The hot tub was very clean. The home was well-maintained with a few exceptions. The towels in the home need to be replaced. They are very old. The faucet in the kitchen is very loose.

The house was as described, well kept, well stocked, spacious and had a beautiful view from the family room & deck. Our group really enjoyed the property. The only challege we experienced was the smell of the water. Although we were assured that the water was sage for use it was tough to use due to the sulfur (rotten egg smell). My group all found ourselves skipping showers and using bottled water to brush our teeth. I realize this may not be something the hosts can address (I believe it is beyond their control) - that said, the host was very responsive and supportive throughout our stay. We would stay here again, but I would be sure to bring bottled water.

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 10. 5 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms were wonderful. The location was great. Easy to find and close to all attractions and a view of the lake. Fabolous hot tub as well as numerous games and books, plus a TV in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked! There was nothing we needed and they didn't have plus plenty of dishes and glasses for our crowd of 10. The host was very easy to communicate with and very flexible with any changes or requests I had. The only downfall is the well water and some of the bathrooms did have a smell but I drank the water and had no issues and the host assured it was safe to drink. I would highly recommend this property for family or friends and I would love to stay there during the winter!
