Scott, we’re glad to hear the unit was clean and that our team was responsive during your stay. We do want to clarify that when the clogged toilet was reported, our team arranged for someone to visit the unit the next day, as cleaners were no longer onsite when the issue was first brought to our attention. The following day, our staff dropped off the replacement key card and also came prepared to address the toilet concern. They knocked several times but did not receive a response, and without confirmed authorization to enter the occupied unit, we did not enter out of respect for guest privacy. We understand the inconvenience of not having full use of both bathrooms during a short stay, but we do want future guests to know that the concern was not ignored and that our team made an effort to address it as soon as access was reasonably possible.
