Mosaik Solnedgång-Full A / C, snyggt uppdaterad

Mosaik solnedgång (Cruz Views # 3) är en två sovrum, ett badrum, bergssluttning lägenhet i 10-enhet bostadsrätt resort kallas Cruz vyer, som ligger ca 160 fot upp på kullen bakom Cruz Bay. Utsikten från Mosaic Sunset är fantastiska, mycket bättre än bilderna här visar. Vyerna ser söder och sydväst och inkluderar Cruz Bay, Pillsbury Ljud och St. James Islands, St. Thomas, fantastiska solnedgångar och glittrande ljus i avlägsna öar på natten. Från Cruz Views det är en lätt 1/2 mil promenad till Cruz Bay (nedåt) men promenad tillbaka till Cruz Views är något mer utmanande, särskilt om du har ätit på en av St Johns många restauranger och sedan slutade för en drink eller två på Woodys eller en av de lokala strandbarer, men alla hittar sin väg tillbaka uppför kullen.

Det finns två rader av condo enheter på Cruz vyer, är fyra enheter belägna ovanför poolen och sex enheter är under poolen, tre på vardera sidan. Mosaik Sunset ligger på det övre planet, direkt bakom poolen med en av de finaste vyerna i Cruz Views och Cruz Bay.
Från pooldäcket du klättra en trappa till den första nivån av Mosaic solnedgång, där täckt däck, vardagsrum, matsal och kök områden är belägna. En halv trappa tar dig till sovrummet och underbara bad och en fartyg stege tar dig en halv flygning till sovloft. Den veranda däck säten 4 personer och inkluderar 2 mycket avkopplande gungstolar, och vardagsrummet rymmer även fyra i komfort. Det finns två mycket effektiva a / c enheter i Mosaic Sunset som tyst ger bekväm luftkonditionering i hela enheten. I vardagsrummet finns en plattskärms-TV / DVD och stereo / CD, trådlöst internet och en dockningsstation för iPod, och det finns också en TV / DVD i varje sovrum. Den ombyggda köket är utrustat med en 4-brännare spis plus ugn, kyl och frys, mikrovågsugn, diskbänk, kaffebryggare, mixer, köksredskap, servis och bestick och matbord plats fyra. Det finns en drottning säng i sovrummet och två enkelsängar i sovloft. Badet var nyligen helt renoverade och är nu ett bad och dusch som varje kvinna kommer att älska.

Perfect Get-Away Location

We loved our week at Cruz Views. It had everything that we needed to be able to have a fabulous week of snorkeling and exploring St John Island. We would stay here again!

100% AMAZING Property! Everything was exactly as advertised and the location and views excellent! You definitely need a rental car to navigate the steep hills and to explore the amazing Island beauty! Will most definitely rent from Cruz Views again!

Beautiful Sunset Views!!

We had a wonderful time staying here and enjoyed watching ferries and boats in Cruz Bay from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful! The villas was well-equipped and in a great location. We did not rent a car on our trip, and it was easy to get to and from Cruz Bay. We had to be careful as there are no sidewalks on the road, but this location is very convenient!! We would definitely come back here!

Mosaic Sunset

My husband and I stayed here for a week on our babymoon and absolutely loved this property! The proximity to Cruz Bay makes it very convenient for accessing just about any place on the island. There is a grocery store as well as several restaurants right down the street. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Our favorite parts of our trip were enjoying coffee on the front porch every morning and watching the sunsets in the evening. The views cannot be beat. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in St. John!

Nice Cruz Views Unit

We stayed 3 weeks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Communications with the property managers was excellent. The unit was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked. View was fantastic. As an end unit, it was nice to have room to spread out on the deck as the interior was a bit cramped. We suggest that the heavy furniture be swapped out for smaller furniture. Also suggest repositioning the tv to make viewing easier. Mattress has a memory foam topper which made it very comfortable. The AC unit was a bit noisy. We slept with the fan on and AC off. Overall a very nice stay. We'll be back.

Beautiful view but had a few issues

Beautiful place and view. Def not a walk to town because of the steep incline, but the view is breathtaking. 3 out of the 5 days we stayed we had significant issues with no water and no power. The villa number we called was quick to get someone on it but we had to cancel our dinner reservation 2 of the days because of no water and power to get ready appropriately since we had been at the beach. Staff was good to keep us updated on progress but on the island it is just a slow process.

Take me back!

We usually stay at the Westin and are so happy we tried Cruz View Villa. It was perfect for our family. The view from the balcony we enjoyed every morning and evening. We cooked a wonderful Christmas dinner on Christmas night in the fully equipped kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool daily, even after hours at a different beach all 10 days of our stay. We will definitely be back here for our 4th trip to St John!

Lovely view!

The property is adorable and has amazing views! Our group enjoyed coffees in the morning looking out at the amazing view. Pool was lovely as well. Would highly recommend, great property for the price!

Wonderful St. John location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to St. John and our stay in Cruz Views #3. The unit was well maintained and clean. We especially enjoyed the view. Your staff was very helpful and our Island Greeter, Meryl, was very helpful. We had originally elected to not rent a jeep but decided at the last minute to rent one for a couple of days. Even though this was a busy week and most jeeps were rented, your staff was able to locate a rental for us which we really appreciated. Thank you Aubrey! Also, my daughter left her work phone in the unit. We called on the ferry while in transport to the airport and your staff went to the unit immediately and found the phone for us. Thank you!

Comfortable Condo

We spent a thoroughly relaxing week at Mosaic Sunset. The condo is well maintained, the views are beautiful, the decor is nice, and the location is great! We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was very well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. We really appreciated the spices and the "starter supply" of sugar for the sugar birds! All of the appliances worked well and so did the AC. We loved using the rocking chairs in the morning while we had coffee and watched Cruz Bay wake up. We had two couples, so the loft was used. The ladder is sturdy but steep and using it got old by the end of the week. Older children would probably enjoy it more than adults! We highly recommend Mosaic Sunset.
