Var en av de första som bor i denna underbara Point Loma-enhet med alla nya ytor, golv, väggar, fönster, lampor, AC, målningar, köksskåp, diskar, apparater, bad, förvaringshylsor och möbler.

Beläget i hjärtat av Point Loma Fleetridge, är detta ett helt nytt hus. Detta är en privat ingång första våningen enhet. Utrymmet har 1 sovrum, 1 badrum, 1 garderob. Boende, matsal och kök ligger i ett välkomnande öppet utrymme. Det är mycket bekvämt för 1-3 personer.

Point Loma och Shelter Island områden är några av de mest prestigefyllda områdena i hela San Diego. Du kommer att njuta av otrolig tillgång till den natursköna hamnen och marinaen i en mycket lugn och fridfull gata med ingen trafik, högkvarter. Du kommer att njuta av en kort promenad till byn för shopping, restaurang, fiske, bayside parker, yacht klubbar, Shelter Island, och många attraktioner och fritidsfaciliteter.

Min man och jag (Ping och Jane) är dina värdar. Vi bor på övervåningen i huvudbyggnaden på fastigheten. Vi kommer att vara bra resurs för frågor om saker att göra runt om. Sovrummets 4k Smart TV har inbyggt Roku, dessutom erbjuder vi Netflix.

Jämfört med de flesta hem på kusten har inte luftkonditionering, vi installerade bara AC för att lägga till mer värde och komfort för våra gäster.

Enheten rengörs noggrant mellan varje vistelse. Men om du önskar en mid städning och byte av sängkläder under din vistelse kan vi ordna hushållerska att komma för en extra kostnad på $ 120. Var vänlig och ge oss en dags varsel så vi kan få det här schemalagda.

Pleasant Stay in Point Loma

As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. There are no stairs to the apartment, which may be a plus to any older folks, such as myself.Communication with the owner was excellent.

Comfortable and quiet

The location was great and the apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. We found it was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do and the check-in and checkout process was smooth and easy; we would definitely stay again.

The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. Very easy walk to Point Loma sportfishing. There’s also a nice supermarket within easy walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay again.

Comfortable and very clean

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the marina. We booked this property for three nights and enjoyed the accommodations very much. The owner reached out before our trip to find out if there is anything specific we needed. We informed her about our preferences and they were both met. I highly recommend this property for a stay when people are traveling for the purpose of spending time in San Diego within walking distance or a short drive to the marina.

We loved this spot for our trip to San Diego. We loved walking to the water and various restaurants. We kayaked and were able to walk to the harbor to avoid parking. Jane was very attentive and kind. We enjoyed this stay!
