My husband and I purchased this home for our 2 year old son (at the time) and did a complete rehab on the home to bring it back to life. We own many homes in Massachusetts but this home is particularly special because it's an investment property for our son and the location is absolutely amazing! We believe in generational wealth and wanted our son, when he becomes an adult to have the opportunity to have his very own home that he too can generate income from but also pass down to children of his own one day. We poured our heart and soul to design a space that has a luxurious feel, modern, cozy and also family friendly. We also wanted to create an experience for guests and conversation starters to make lasting memories! We'd love for you to stay here!

The Cottage 1925 has a beautiful layout, full equipped kitchen, great size bedrooms with large closets, high ceilings, central air, wifi, 4k 65 inch TV with sound bar that is Netflix & Hulu ready, compact travel crib, wine fridge, toddler high chair, washer/dryer, free off street parking, and private yard! It's perfect for the home away from home as everything you need is right at your finger tips! The location is ideal and close to literally everything! There is so much to do that is just minutes away.
