Welcome to your private retreat in one of the Eastside's most sought-after neighborhoods! This modern two-bedroom guest suite is the perfect home base for exploring both Seattle and Bellevue.
The Space
Step into a bright and clean space with no stairs, offering easy access for everyone. The suite features a spacious, new kitchen with modern white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. A convenient washer and dryer are also located in the unit for your use.
After a day of exploring, relax in comfort. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a versatile twin-size trundle bed and an additional XL twin bed. The updated bathroom features a clean, modern design with a walk-in glass shower.
Guest Access
You will have your own private entrance with easy self check-in via a smart lock. One dedicated parking space is reserved for your vehicle. Feel free to enjoy the shared backyard space during your stay.
The Neighborhood
Our home is nestled in a lovely, quiet area surrounded by lush landscaping. A short, five-minute walk up the hill will reward you with a stunning view of Lake Washington and the iconic Seattle skylineâa perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset photos.
The property is within walking distance of a local golf club and just 1.3 miles from the beautiful Medina Beach Park. The vibrant downtown of Bellevue, with its shopping and dining, is only 2 miles away.
Getting Around
Getting around is a breeze. A bus stop is just a two-minute walk from your door, with direct routes to both downtown Seattle and downtown Bellevue. If you're driving, your dedicated parking spot makes coming and going simple.
