• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
• Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
• Rental •Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
