No ski gear beyond the entrance point;
One designated parking space per unit. Unassigned spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis (look for spots without painted numbers);
One Ring camera facing the front door;
Home includes a BBQ grill (may not be available November–May);
Winter: AWD/4WD with snow tires required (chains needed if not equipped);

Full Terms & Conditions are supplied upon booking. Completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract is required for the booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.

Agreement must be entered into by an occupant 25 years or older.
