This place needs a full kitchen

We love the Cliffs, but to have a place without out a full kitchen greatly diminished the experience.

Better than hotel

If you are looking for budget option, this is for you. Way cheaper than hotel but I like it even more. It has more than hotel room: fridge , beach chairs , mini cooler and big balcony where you can enjoy some breakfast. Not continental haha :) Perfect for a couple!!!

Relaxing getaway

Dish pan and drying rack made it easy to wash dishes in the tub. Since there is no sink as advertised, the fans were very helpful as there was no air conditioning as advertised beach chairs and cooler were much appreciated. The toilet made awful sounds but we didn’t call Management to fix it, but they were very helpful when the tub would not drain and they fix that right away. We stayed for two weeks and it was a lovely location to rest and explore the island. Highly recommend recommending this location.

Superbement bien équipée pour les vacances sur les plages voisines ( chaises de plages, parasol, glacière, etc) Lieux bien équipé également pour les loisirs (piscine, spa, tennis, BBQ, salle d’entraînement, mini golf, etc) . Lieux bien placé pou visiter la partie est de l’île.

Great location

Great property with a view when you walk down the cliffs. Room is clean—my only complaint is that the bathroom needs a deep clean. I had planned to take a bath after a hike and I couldn’t. Bed is comfortable. They could stand to have better pillows, though. Overall, for the price, it was fine.

Great stay in Kauai

We had a great stay at the Cliffs. It was clean and provided necessities we needed during our stay! Thank you for the coffee! The only negative comment would be the friendliness of a staff member in the lobby. She came off a bit rude but besides that, we had a great time! However, the other lady staff member in the lobby was really nice! Mahalo:)

Beautiful Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent one week at the Cliffs. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room was clean and met our needs. The room has no air conditioning, the weather was pleasant so it wasn’t an issue. The frig is small and all dish cleaning has to be done in the bathroom sink. We prepared many of our meals in our room with grills conveniently located nearby. Overall we would recommend the Cliffs.

O apartamento é ótimo em um condomínio muito bonito que fica em um bairro muito bem cuidado que é Princeville! A vista dos cliffs é imperdível!! Apartamento com varanda, limpo e bem equipado. Sentimos falta de uma mini cozinha completa, pois não tem cocktop(fogão) e a pia é apenas a do banheiro, mas tem louça completa, torradeira, cafeteira, microondas e geladeira! Cama muito confortável! Quarto super espaçoso!! Tudo muito bom!! Recomendo! Mahalo! Sergio

Just right for our needs

It was our first time in Kauai and I will say that we were not in our room much. Only to recharge; shower, change and snack before heading out to some new magical place. This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. I felt that they went above and beyond with communication. We also loved the anticipation of things we would need such as beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We can't wait to come back.

Comfortable but would not recommend for long stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are regular timeshare guest at the Cliffs and we’re looking to add an additional week. This option was affordable. The unit is clean. The room is west facing and got hot. No ability for a cross breeze. We also like to prepare our own meals. The coffee bar was a challenge but we made it work. We were content with the location but I would not recommend for a long stay unless you are with a larger group and just needed an extra room.

Incredibly small unit, no down pillows

I specifically requested down pillows from the property management team before arrival and was assured that they were in the unit when they were not. Very small unit with no kitchen and no kitchen sink, just a small table with a few drawers.

Honeymooners

We rented this VRBO for our wedding/honeymoon and it was great! The first night we got in the room was HOT! We didn’t realize there was no AC, HOWEVER, we didn’t need it at all. We had fans and the breeze, it was the best! The views are beautiful!!! The pool was great!!! Everything was amazing!

Value for money

The property was very clean and super functional. It is located 10 minutes from Hanalei bay and the unit is provided with beach chairs and towels. The sunset view from the cliffs were gorgeous. We only wish the room had a portable AC unit or some sort of cooler because the room would get very stuffy and humid during the day even with the 3 fans running.

Great location

Kauai is our favorite island in Hawaii, and this is such a great location to stay. Cute and charming spot for my husband and me. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and taking chairs down to watch the sunset on the property. Easy and quick access to Hanalei Bay and Na Pali Coast. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
