Hale Maluhia är en stor, fullt utrustad villa / studio enhet på Prince Golf Course (för närvarande inte i bruk, så det är som en stor bakgård) och en vandringsled ner till Anini Beach. Den har ett stort, välutrustat pentry, en queen size-säng, Wi-Fi, HDTV, ett badrum, badlakan, strandstolar, parasoll och en bärbar kylare (ingen tvättmöjligheter men). Lanai är perfekt för stargazing eller bara njuta av en lugn utomhusläsning. Det finns reserverad parkering, ett bra poolområde med en gemensam grill och shopping och restauranger ligger bara några minuter bort. Princeville på Hanaleis läge är bekvämt nära Kilauea, Hanalei och resten av Kauai North Shore talrika stränder och funktioner. Perfect stay for Kauai

Trip to Kauai

We loved our time in Kauai and in the Paniolo condos. The room was clean and Rick had all the kitchen supplies you could need. One piece of advice, read through the red folder when you check in. It wasn’t until the morning we left that I realized we had snorkel equipment in a box on the porch and I never got to use it!

Great stay in a beautiful space

Perfect space for a solo traveller while in Kauai. Great stay, highly recommend. Host provided great instructions and information. Easy check-in and parking. Would stay at this VRBO again.

Priceville getaway

Stay was just ok. Instructions and parking directions were helpful. Ok clean. Nice little deck outside. The bed was a little too small and hard for two people and the kitchen lacked a stovetop. You could hear the people walking around above us when we were sleeping.

Vacation

Rick was really responsive when we had a request. He let us check in early. The humidity caused us to need to hit a laundry facility half way through because the towels don’t dry very fast. An extra big POWERFUL fan would make it a little more comfy but it did cool down enough at night to sleep with the fans provided. Overall a really great stay, especially for the price. Location is nice. Thank you for the great stay.

I traveled much of the world and found myself on Kauai in 1979. I knew the minute I arrived that I was home. I continued to vacation on Kauai yearly and finally decided to move to Kauai full time in 1986. I moved to the mainland in 2010 to explore the U.S., but Kauai stayed on my mind and in 2015 I came "home".

I looked at the numerous options available and decided that at this stage in my life a condo would be the best thing for me. Paniolo offers a great location and amenities such as an on-site pool, a trail down to Anini Beach and the convenience of being just minutes away from world class beaches, numerous outdoor activities, shopping, a library and park.

The quiet location and proximity to the North Shores numerous wonderful beaches, shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities offers something for everyone. I recently added a large kitchenette, refurbished the bathroom and added a privacy wall to separate the sleeping area from the dining and entertainment areas. I've tried hard to provide everything you'll need to have a safe and enjoyable getaway. It's the perfect getaway for either a single traveler or couple. E Komo Mai!
