Welcome to your Myrtle Beach getaway! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the first floor offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located in the peaceful Myrtlewood community, youâre just a 5-min drive to the beach, shopping, dining, and top golf courses.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with smart TV & WiFi. Step outside to enjoy the communityâs quiet setting, or take a short ride to explore everything Myrtle Beach has to offer
The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo. 1 Queen bed, 1 king and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer/dryer available in unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)
Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
* No mailbox for this location.
*Pool access with code, bracelets and key fob. Any missing fob will be accompanied by $100 fee and bracelet by $50
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
Other Things to Note:
*Must climb stairs.
*No mailbox for this location.
*(Pool is closed during winter season)
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Please review my house rules.
*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
Interaction with Guests:
Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.
