Två sovrum med loft. Helt renoverat bondgård. Två bad en upp en nere. Nya gipsskivor, golv, VVS, elektriska alla väckte upp till kod. Stort sovrum upp med Kalifornien King säng, 32 tums tv. Loft område med privat drottning och semi privat tvilling. Drottning i första våningen sovrum med 32 tums tv.

Vi tvättar alla sängar efter varje vistelse. Vi är stolta över vår renlighet.

40 tums tv i vardagsrummet. Kabel och trådlöst internet.

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was very nice with lots of room, everything in the house was clean and in good condition Good wifi and lots of yard space for playing and parking.

Dunes Vacation

Ken’s place was clean, beds were comfy. Enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood and being able to walk to a breakfast place. Great communication with Ken. Quick 12 minute drive to Silver Lake. The Dunes were amazing and mesmerizing. Enjoyed our tour of the Dunes. The Lighthouse Climb was worth it! Great views.

Mears location

Mr. Ladd was an amazing host who made sure our stay was enjoyable! The house is amazing and we plan to book it again! Plenty of space for 6. Inside and outside seating. Large yard for dune "toys" and vehicles.

Enjoyable time!

Went for trail riding. Nice parking room and getting in and out with trailer. Home was nice, clean and beds were comfortable. Nice location.

The Perfect spot!!

Absolutely perfect spot being not too far from the dunes, Luddington, and even Pentwater! The property manager was very communicative and nice, and we absolutely enjoyed the stay!! Will deffinately consider staying here again.

Great place for SLSD toys/trailers

House was very clean and had everything you need; plenty of towels provided and comfortable beds, furniture, Roku,paper towels , trash bags etc… Owner met us there for a quick check in and go over parking and alternate ways to get to the back of the property where there is plenty of space for extra large trailers ( be careful which way you bring in one drive has a very sharp turn long trailers can’t make). Would choose this rental again !

Annual Silver Lake Sand Dune Family Trip

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and welcoming with plenty or room to park the trailer. Not far from the downtown area or the dunes either. The owners even had the fire pit set up for our kids to enjoy at night. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Close to the Dunes

House was as advertised, close to the dunes, clean and had everything supplied you would need. Fire pit in the yard to enjoy at night. Host was very welcoming and assured us we could contact him at any point if needed.

House Close to Dunes

The house has been nicely redone with most of the amenities you could need. Would be great for summer or winter adventures in the area. Lots of parking for your toys as well. The house sleeps 7 comfortably. The hosts were very nice and easy to work with.

Perfect get away for the dunes

Everything was great! Ken met us there (and they actually let us check in early!) and showed us what we needed to know. The AC worked upstairs and downstairs plus they had extra box fans. They had plenty of toilet paper and paper towel. Also had wood there for us to have a fire, and a nice grill that we used to grill dinner. Added bonus for us was the working hose the stretched long enough that we could spray my jeep down after the dunes! Thank you for everything! It was perfect!

Just awesome

We loved the place. The location is great for going to the dunes and not being in the middle of the chaos. Lots of room for trailers and toys. The only thing that would have made it better is access to laundry.
