Not the most modern place, but it more than makes up for it with its uniqueness, charm, and rich history. The location is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby. If you’re looking for something with character rather than cookie-cutter style, this is a great choice.The hosts couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.

This was such a cozy rental, very comfortable. We had two couples in the two bedroom two bath room for another couple of needed. There were lots of eclectic rooms to hang out indoors but mostly stayed outdoors with the stunning tropical gardens and pool. Mark was a great host with plenty of suggestions for bars and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking on premises as well. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay. It was larger than expected. Unfortunatly the pool heater was not working, but theres so much to do in Key West we didnt have much time to use the pool. We enjoyed the space and complimentary fruit daily.

We had a wonderful stay in Key West. The owners were very helpful and attentive, trying very hard to make our stay delightful - which they accomplished. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the townhouse. Bike rentals were available right out our door. Walking distance to the main sights on Key West. If we come back we'll definitely stay here again.

This was a very peaceful place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, the breakfast snacks and grapefruit, the convenience of renting bikes right on the property and having free parking. We were not far from the beach and Southernmost Point for a beautiful sunset and around 15 minutes to Duval St Being a host myself I was surprised that the thermostat was hidden behind a picture and parts of the home were remotely controlled. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns during our stay. Check in was with hosts who lived nearby rather than keyless access. Overall a great stay.

The host was super accommodating and helpful, went above and beyond by storing our bags for us after check out. Host is very attentive and nearby if you need anything. They provided some snacks and fresh fruit each day. Very cute spot, close to the beach and decorated very cute. The outdoor areas were very unique, there is a shared seating areas all around the front of the property, with a private back deck and pool. The only downfall was the pool heater wasn’t working, but it was okay because we had many plans and not much time to be at the pool anyways.

We are so glad you and your party enjoyed the Caribbean Townhouse near the beach. We so enjoyed hosting you all. Because it takes 24 to 48 hours to fully heat your private pool, we have decided to start heating the pool prior to our guests arrival with a request in advance from our guests. That way it will be warm when guests arrive. So sorry the pool was not fully heated during your stay. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

The pictures are MUCH better than the actual property. Mold and dry rot was in the second bedroom making it uninhabitable for our daughter. The pool was dirty and not heated. The property needs some major TLC.

Karen, we appreciate your observations. Perhaps we should have communicated more clearly. We recently had a new shower and a large double sink vanity installed. The professional bath installers unintentionally damaged the lower corner of the bathroom wall as shown in the first picture. We expect the installers to repair this wall. The two discolored spots shown in the second picture are water stains from the shower installation. This is not dry rot or mold. Regarding the pool, it is heated to 86 degrees. We have always been pleased to accommodate guest requests to make the pool warmer. Since the lagoon pool is surrounded by palm trees and lush tropical gardens, the ocean breezes can easily blow leaves into the pool. Out of respect for guest privacy, we do not disturb guests by entering the pool area to clean without a guest request. We never received any requests via text or phone call from you to clean the pool again or increase the pool temperature to your liking. We know that the warm and humid Key West climate has a natural potential for mold. This is why we installed UV sterilizers in both A/C units in your townhouse and change the air filters regularly. We also disinfect all floors and touch surfaces with cleaners that contain essential oils including lavender, peppermint and citrus oil. We are sorry your daughter has allergies. We have accommodated requests not to use any types of essential oils when we were informed of sensitivities in advance.

We loved staying at this place, it was absolutely perfect. The location was good and the furnishings lovely. The owners were absolutely wonderful, attentive and clearly wanted our stay to be relaxing and enjoyable.

The fact that we are so close to Higgs Beach and the city park with tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball, two children playgrounds, restaurants. a dog park and a dog beach and more is a huge positive.
