Outstanding

Owners are on the property all day. Rooms were stocked with everything - right down to night lights in the bathrooms and extra fans (ceilings & floors) in all rooms with A/C which made the rooms VERY comfortable, as much bottled water you needed WITHOUT charge, the free snacks in the office were out of this world, the pool was VERY clean. Love the hospitality by the friendly owners - we would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect location and lovely property

Loved staying here, easy walking to everything we wanted to do. We had a 2 bedroom and were very comfortable, beds were really comfy. Pool area was a nice place to hang out after dinner. Would stay again for sure

Great Place

Key West Villas are fabulous. Kevin is a great host & has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable: free happy hour w/ full bar & his own specialty drinks,variety of snacks and soft drinks, delicious breakfast options. Nice pool, villa very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay! Very communicative, accommodating, and kind. We had a group ranging from 5 months old to 92 years old and it was a great fit for us. Very accessible to everything. Would recommend!

Wonderful Place

We were both so glad we chose to stay here. The place was clean and spacious. The hosts were very nice. We received a bottle of wine as we checked in, happy hour every evening and breakfast every morning are amongst the many nice things about the place. The location was amazingly close to Duval. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area. .

Key West Villas

I would not consider staying anywhere other than Key West Villas when visiting Key West. Hosts Kevin and his wife were super attentive, friendly and couldn't have been more hospitable! Our villa was well equipped and clean. Really enjoyed the daily Happy Hour gathering which included a wide variety of drinks and of course, the shot of the day! Look forward to returning here for another vacation!

Perfect place for a Key West getaway

Our family just had a great stay in a 2-bedroom villa. What a find! The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We were in easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do, and the staff were super helpful. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend this property, we plan to return ourselves.

Perfect location, charming villa

Key West Villas are in the ideal location for walking to all that you may want to do- from live music, shopping and dining, to water excursions! The villa itself is quaint and charming and the extra amenities provided by the owners are a real treat. They were so friendly and accommodating. Don’t miss Happy Hour!

Excellent Stay in Key West

This property was a hit! Great location right in the middle of the action of Duval Street and exemplary customer service from check-in, to suggestions, to happy-hour, to check-out. We were treated like long-lost friends and provided "Four-Seasons" treatment. Definitely coming back!

The owners, the property, the location - just WOW! We enjoyed so much of our time here I almost don’t want to write a good review because I don’t want anyone else to know about this amazing location. Would stay again!

Location is incredible, just around the corner from Duval Street, but not the most boisterous part of Duval, so felt like a quiet oasis. The 2-bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed, comfortable and delightfully kitschy, full kitchen and plenty of space for our family of 4. Laundry is free, there's a free happy hour with shaken cocktails every day, a huge variety of free snacks (so essential for my young kids who are constantly hungry), and a decent breakfast included. The owners are very nice and helpful. The pool was very nice to cool down in. All the rooms/apartments seem to be centered around it; we actually enjoyed this as we got to meet some other travelers and exchange sight seeing tips. Overall just awesome, we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Key West Stay!

This property was perfect for our adult couples trip to Key West! The location is ideal- quiet but right off the middle of Duval street so easy access to all the restaurants and fun of the island. It was 0.5 miles down Duval street to Southernmost point and 0.5 miles up to Mallory Square. We walked everywhere! The staff was phenomenal, communicative. Our villa was nicely air-conditioned with a dehumidifier, and clean. Happy hour every day from 4-5p with tasty drinks, a shot of the day and snacks to choose from. The men loved the pool- quaint, in the sunshine, with a shaded area with couches to enjoy both day and night. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

Excellent experience from the owners at this property. It started w amazing communication upon our arrival. The generous owners provide a free bottle of wine upon arrival. Wonderful continental breakfast included every day along w snacks all day. Free happy hour daily w signature shot every day. My son’s girlfriend left some items and immediately text to let us know. They are graciously mailing back to us. House was clean and lovely. Property was calming and location amazing!!

Fabulous Everything!

My husband and I were traveling to Key West with another couple to meet up with yet another couple who had their boat docked at Conch Marina. The 4 of us travelers wanted to stay on the island, so the search began for accommodations with 2BR 2BTH (somewhat challenging to find & get rented fast) and close to the marina. When I finally came across the Key West Villas #7 listing, it fit the bill, all of the reviews were positive & one review said that if you’re on the fence, book it!! It was definitely the best advice, and I booked it on the spot. We all LOVED the Villa during our stay in early February!! While there, we found out our boat friends had also stayed in Villa #7 in December 2024 and raved about it. The Key West Villas are in the middle of everything & just off Duval; left on Duval leads to the Atlantic & right to the gulf. If you read all the reviews, you’ll find out the fabulous amenities the property has to offer. Added to those, there were beach towels & cooler bags for guest use on/off the property, as well as luggage storage before/after your stay. Staying at this property with its peaceful/tropical vibes and great proprietors (Kevin & Heather), is highly recommended!!! Do it; you won’t regret it.
