WATERFRONT - Denna uppdaterade 2 sovrum, 1 badstuga är en del av Wellfleeter Condominium-komplexet som ligger i slutet av Mayo Beach på Wellfleet Bay med tillgång till Private Association Beach. Stugan har ett kök med matplats, vardagsrum och 2 sovrum med ett med dubbelsäng och det andra med 2 enkelsängar och ett gemensamt badrum med duschkabin. Några steg från stugan finns en trappa som leder ner till 400 fot privat sandstrand. Det är en kort promenad till tennisbanor, lekplatsen, restauranger och Wellfleet Harbour. Det handlar om en 10 minuters promenad till stadens centrum. Den här fastigheten har en Keurig. Ej återbetalningsbar $ 185. 00 Administrativ säkerhetsavgift plus gällande statliga och lokala skatter. Family getaway

Such a sweet stay in pictoresque Wellfleet! This cottage was just perfect for our family vacation. The location is excellent - on the beach and very close to our favorite Wellfleet shops and restaurants. Our basketball players enjoyed the nearby court and running the Great Island Trail in the morning was such a bliss. The small kitchen was very well equipped for the occasional cooking we did, and everything was just as described in the listing. At every point of our booking process we were assisted quickly and in a friendly manner - thank you!

Pleasant Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here a number of times and always enjoyed it. This time it was a little off. The property was not in its usual pristine condition in fact, the master bedroom was completely unkempt.... It was as though someone had hopped out of the bed and ran out the back door as we came in the front. The property manager was great. They apologized profusely and offered to send the housekeeping crew immediately and offered to do whatever it would take to make it right. Unfortunately, my initial experience this time tainted the whole week.

Lovely stay

one thing - We did have an issue there being garbage piled outside the cottage when we arrived. I called to have it removed, but the removal took so long, the neighbors blamed us for the mess. I explained that is was not our garbage and I did not have the tools to clean it up. So the neighbor cleaned it up. Otherwise, it was wonderful and the neighbor was kind. Thank you.

Nice getaway

Great location to everything in Wellfleet and other parts of the cape. My kids loved the beach and it made for some great family days. Only a few negatives. I questioned if the mattress pads were changed, or the blankets were washed. You need to bring seasonings because the ones they have stocked on the wall are old and not useable. And the ice cube tray was falling apart. If you have a baby in a pack n play the space is a little cramped to fit one anywhere. The positives: location was great with a picturesque view of the beach. House was small but useful. We utilized the grill often so the propane being provided was great. The 2 box fans provided were useful. The lower price off season was worth it. Not sure we’d go if it was hotter with no AC.

Waterfront cottage

Our stay in Wellfleet in the Waterfront cottage was comfortable and the location was delightful and convenient. I do suggest that some paper towels, garbage bags and dish cleaning soap and sponge be available. Additionally, when you list coffeemaker in the amenities you should say needs pods since it's a Keurig. I would recommend this cottage to my friends and would stay here again. Thank you!

An excellent deal with exception of no Air Conditioning....in this day and age, ....really? If I wanted the no AC experience I would have stayed in an AMC hut on the Appalachian trail Owner could solve problem with one $200 window unit

Perfect cottage in a perfect location

This cottage and its location exceeded all of my expectations. The cottage is clean, bright, airy and open. But be aware that the bedrooms are snug. There was a constant breeze coming through the windows and we could often hear the waves. There are water views from every part of the cottage with the bluffs of Great Island in one direction and the harbor in the other. The condo community was quiet and the other renters/owners were very respectful. The harbor is an easy 1/3 mile walk up the street and Wellfleet Center is a pleasant one-mile walk. I'm looking forward to returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful and perfectly located. It had all the amenities that we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much. We were disappointed that the stove was not in working order due to electrical issues, but we made due. It was a little concerning, knowing about the electrical issues from the stove, that 1/3 of the other electrical outlets did not function and the ones that did work would often flicker when the lights were on. Overall it was a great vacation and we would like to return.

Great Place But the Stove did not work

We were told it would be repaired and we would get some sort of credit. We have not received it yet. I learned to cook our bacon and eggs on the gas grill.

Beautiful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this cottage is outstanding. The surrounding area is awesome. And the ppl were all extremely friendly, esp other cottage owners living on site. We had a blast talking w/ them. The only issues we had was that the house was cleaner when we left than upon our arrival. Sinks (kitchen & bathroom) were not scrubbed, esp around the top / facet handle area. Floors still had debris as if not thoroughly swept or vacuumed. We couldn’t check in until 4pm because of stringent COVID cleaning process and we were completely surprised by the initial appearance. This error falls solely on the cleaning crew being use and not necessarily on rental agent / owner. But I still paid a nice amount of $$$$ to stay here and was the one cleaning the space to prepare for our stuff being brought inside. After I went through and did the cleaning, the rest of our stay was practically perfect. Cottage was very cute. The beach is right there and tons of local restaurants nearby. Although this unit has no AC, several fans were provided (thank goodness- since it was hot!). My only recommendation would be to get rid of all the awkward futon furniture in living room! It was not comfortable seating, looks messy as cushions slide, and clutters the space. A nice smaller sectional would be better with a small coffee table. The rental group was easy to work with and took the time to tell me what we needed to bring (towels & linens) and what was there already. Very friendly group. They had our package ready for pick up on our arrival. Only one house key was provided (no others were in lock box), which made it very difficult when my husband and I would leave separately. We would absolutely stay here again. The issues/recommendations mentioned are to inform the rental group and owner. We have stayed in N. Truro, Truro, and Wellfleet for 25+ years and this was a top favorite spot.
