The property rental includes the main and guest house, joined by a spacious deck and patio—ideal for gatherings, meals, and memories!
Inside, you’ll find 4 bedrooms + 1 flex sleeping area and 3 baths, sleeping up to 12 guests, a fully stocked chef's kitchen to make meals and entertaining easy.

The huge fully stocked kitchen with an oversized island makes cooking and entertaining so easy and fun. There's plenty of room to have the whole family making a meal or enjoying a drink together which flows naturally into multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. It's an invited space that was made to bring people together and host gatherings.
Families love the one-level living, kid-friendly amenities (high chair, bed rails, toys, and more), and TVs in every room. Beach days are effortless with complimentary beach gear like beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. You can also enjoy the optional golf cart rental to get to the closest beach access in 1 minute!

This is a new-to-us VRBO and we are excited to share it with you! It was previously VRBO and the previous owner was wonderful. We are excited about continuing the legacy of this magical place by the beach with our touches on it. We live in Rock Hill, SC and this Pawleys Island home is our home away from home. We fell in love with how beautiful it is, the neighborhood has such character, it's so close to the beach and really great for having lots of people together. Our best friends live in Pawleys so this is where we come often to visit. We're looking forward to sharing our little slice of heaven with you too!

When we first visited Pawleys Island, we stayed in the North Litchfield Beach neighborhood because it's walkable to the beach, so much character, quiet, and beautiful. We fell in love and that's how we found this place!

It's so beautiful, sleeps 12 people and set up so well to host your family and friends. It's so close to the beach that you can enjoy your whole day at the beach and take breaks to go back to the house for snacks.
