Nyligen ombyggd för att inkludera ny färg i hela, nya plattor hela, nya duschar och glas installerade samt högtryck duschhuvuden. Enheten har alla bekvämligheter att inkludera flaskvatten dispenser, R / O system, keurig maskin. mixer och mycket mer. Denna 4 våningar enhet precis tillräckligt långt i västra änden för att få den bästa utsikten över hela stranden och poolområdet. Hör ljudet från vågorna från din balkong och inuti enheten. Har allt du behöver bara ta med din tandborste och upp till 6 personer. Har en king size-säng i varje sovrum och en utdragbar soffa med en ny madrass. Vi har rostfria apparater i köket, nya kranar hela och en smart TV för din njutning. Vi har även fört DirecTV med NFL söndag biljett och isen paketen NHL CENTER för att förbättra din vistelse. Det finns några brädspel och diverse strandleksaker på enheten. Känn dig fri att njuta av allt som SUN402 har att erbjuda.

Great place!

The place is amazing, the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots and pans, silverware and coffee maker. Perfect view with enough sitting for those who like to spend time in the balcony. We would definitely stayed here next year. A big thank you to Gary the owner, he made he make sure we had a wonderful vacation week.

Perfect for rocky point experience

Great location! Vendors on the beach for massages, fruit, gifts, and more. Close to the market for anything you need. The pools were perefect. The condo was fully furnished with great views. Very clean and a good size. I would stay there again. Thanks!

Safe, clean, beautiful condo

We had an amazing time in this condo. We felt safe at the resort. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Gary, the owner let us check in 2 hours early which was very nice. Excellent communication. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome property

Everything about this condo we loved. It was clearly well cared for and was very clean and organized. The property manager was prompt with reposes and very accommodating. We would stay here again!

Great get away

We had a awesome time. Unit was very clean. Definitely will be staying again in the near future. Only thing is the table in the living room the leg is loose just needs tightening so if it is moved to pull out the bed from the couch it wont break. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Experience

I had to make a couple of changes and Gary was really easy to work with. Answers questions in a timely manner. The place is updated and very beautiful. Beds are comfy. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked with anything you may need. We had a great time!!

Relaxing Beachfront retreat

Gary’s condo was awesome to say at! Everything was well stocked as far as linens. Kitchen was stocked - just needed some chopping boards and spices. As far as the TV, detailed info on how to access various steaming videos would’ve been nice. But we spent minimal time in front of the screen and maximum time enjoying the beach and listening to the waves :) IMO, the balcony is the best part of the condo!

Girls' Trip 2019

I stayed here this past week for spring break and had the most relaxing time. The condo was beautifully decorated and very cozy. The views from the balcony were breathtakingly amazing. Directions to get to Rocky Point & the condo were spot on and getting into the condo was done with such ease. This is a condo that is perfectly located-away from too many people but within a 20-30 min walk along the beach to Wrecked At The Reef. The staff at Sonoran Sun was super friendly and greeted us each time they saw us. I could not have asked for a more perfect getaway. This definitely is a top-notch condo and the owners made this stay flawless.

We had a spooky guest waiting for us inside the condo!!!

All was great! Until one of my sister screamed as she finished using the guest restroom there was a spiderweb with a live baby tarantula! My sister has phobia with spiders and tarantulas! Also the band taca tacas band was extremely loud and out of tune. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.thank you so much

Perfect Rocky Point Condo!!

We stayed at Gary's Rocky Point condo mid-May and it could not have gone any better. The condo is on the 4th floor, with amazing views and has been upgraded very nicely with many modern touches and is fully stocked with any feature you might need. Both King size beds were super comfortable and both bathrooms were beautiful with newer components. The water pressure and hot water is better than I have at home! Gary was very responsive answering my emails/texts right away and the check-in process was incredibly easy. Didn't have to go to the office once or carry around keys to the front door, with the automatic locks. Overall, the condo is perfect for a RP get-away...We will back to this condo soon!! Perfect location with amenities

My overall impression of this property was stellar. The owner of the property was very informative and detailed with the information regarding his property. From what to expect, how to check in, where to go visit and things to do. the room itself was beyond what I was expecting. I loved the view, to the beach, everything we needed to make a comfortable stay was provided and even extras. There were times I didn't' want to leave my room because it was just that comfortable. I originally planned for 2 people to stay with me, but last minute an extra family member showed up and I needed to request any extra person in my room. I contacted Gary and he contacted the security people at the location to make sure I was able to let my extra family member in. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to visit Rocky Pointe! You will not be dissappointed

Clean location and nice condo

We read through a number of reviews prior to booking and came across this specific location. Once booked, the owners was in communication of what is next, what to bring, and even boarder crossing details. The location was easy to get to, and the check-in process was seamless. Once we arrived in the condo, there was a welcome book with things to do, tv channels, where to eat, and laws within the country. The rooms were clean, up to date furnishings, and good water pressure. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and the living room was comfortable. Being right on the beach, the view was fantastic! At the pool area, the staff was friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. Walking to the beach was good; the stairs were washed away in a recent hurricane, so the sand ramp was the only way to get down. Bringing water shoes made this easier and being in the ocean smoother on the feet! Overall, this place was amazing and the owner made us feel welcomed and kept us in the loop prior to arriving. Highly recommended!

We are Phoenix locals that Love to vacation here every other month or so. Such a short drive to paradise, Please treat our place as it were your own....Make sure you have a GREAT time !!

This is located on the west side of the complex Just above tree height yet close enough to the beach to hear the waves. You can actually hear the waves while you are in the kitchen. Granite countertops, washer and dryer in the unit, fresh water supply, some beach toys, etc.
