Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time here. The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the property and the beach. It was quiet and literally steps from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous family vacation

This condo is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked for food preparation! The set up is perfect for grandma and grandpa, mom and dad, and the kids! Melinda is extremely helpful! We definitely want to stay again!

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

We loved this condo! We felt very safe at the location, the condo was immaculate with all the cooking essentials. I love that there was filtered water. The patio was very comfortable and we spent most of the day just chilling outside. Beds were very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was better than anticipated. We would definitely book again!

Rocky Point Getaway

Hi, We love to stay at the Sonoran Sea due to the location of the property. This unit was great because it had two full beds in the 2nd bedroom which is perfect for teenage brothers. Kitchen had everything needed and the place was very comfortable and no issues at all.

Great place for family vacation

We loved almost everything great location, beautiful view. Pots and pans terrible, all of them damaged and need to be replaced. Also coffee maker was dirty.

We were welcomed by a nicely appointed living area and a fresh 5 gallon jug of water!

Wonderful experience, comfortable beds and linens, colorfully and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was in the condo, kitchen supplies, games, books, movies, and of course the Gorgeous view of the sea and resort from the spacious balcony. And the restaurant is so convenient! All the staff are courteous and friendly. We would stay in this unit again and recommend to friends and family.

Amazing!!

Location, location, location! This property is amazing and is exactly how it’s described online. My family of five snuck away from Phoenix for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The condo is so close to the pool and beach. You don’t have to walk that far at all and can literally see your kids down at the pool or the beach sitting on the patio. The property is in an area that is close to everything we needed. We had massages at the beach by Yolanda , went on the banana boat ,pedicures next-door at the spa. We went out to dinner at garufa steakhouse which was excellent, and I purchased wine at La cava ….all within walking distance of the condo , We de take a short drive over to drive to Rodeo drive to little shopping and Wrecked at the Reef one day for lunch and watch a football game but other than that, it was just relaxing and amazing Thank you Melinda!

Easy to work with the owner. Found all we needed. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Nice size patio with a lot of furniture. Second bath needs attention to shower and sink drain. 😉

Sonaran Sea stay

Our visit to Rocky Point was so much fun! Our family of five stayed at Melinda's 2bedroom condo but because of the bed set up in the guest room my 3 boys all had their own bed. The amenities where perfect and the condo was very clean and confidently located. We walked down each night to Banditos and enjoyed drinks and live music. I will be coming back!!

Perfect for a family vacation!

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything - Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Blender. The bunk bed was a hit with the kids and there was plenty of room for the whole family. Melinda was very responsive and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to bring extra trash bags and paper towels. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

Our family purchased our condo a few years ago. We are Arizona natives, one of 8 pioneer families still in the Chandler area. We love coming to Rocky Point to spend family time on the beach and in the city. There is something for the youngest who is 2 to the oldest who is 85! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do;)

My parents purchased this property because of the location. Beautiful views, close to the elevator for transporting all of your luggage. It is very open and comfortable and can accommodate a crowd.

Our favorite time is in the early morning to walk on the beach and early evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. Our patio is large and great for gathering the family and friends.
