Njut av vår vackra lakeside stuga i North Central MA. Cirka 90 minuter från antingen Boston, MA eller Hartford, CT. 4 sovplatser (dubbelsäng i sovrummet, två enkelsängar på loftet). Extra stort vardagsrum med högt i tak har en fungerande öppen spis och matplats. Enorm omgiven skärmad veranda ger en vacker utsikt över nästan hela 35 tunnland Packard Pond samtidigt som det ger insektsfritt mat- / underhållningsområde med all den friska luften du kan behöva. Stugan, med sin egen privata strand, ligger 30 meter från denna uppfriskande, djupa, rena "Massachusetts Great Pond" som tillåter båtliv, skidåkning, wakeboard, segling, fiske, kajakpaddling, kanoter, paddling och naturligtvis simning. Inkluderar komplett kök med allt servis, spis, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, gasgrill, sängkläder, handdukar, kabel-TV och WI-FI. Du tar med dig mat, badhanddukar och dina vattenleksaker. Glöm något? Inga bekymmer, livsmedelsaffärer, WalMart, Redbox, snabbmat och andra nödvändigheter är mindre än 6 mil bort! SORRY, MEN INGEN Husdjur, INGEN RÖKNING OCH INGEN FESTER. Mycket nära till Tully Lake med sin camping, picknickområde, vandring, vattenaktiviteter och skivgolf. Flera offentliga 18-håls golfbanor inom 30 kilometer. Minigolf, drivingrange, go-carts och batting burar inom 6 miles. Missa inte denna fantastiska semestermöjlighet !!! Observera - Denna sommarstuga har ingen annan värmekälla än spisen. Tyvärr, men personliga rymdvärmare och luftkonditioneringsapparater är INTE tillåtna. Våra stugor ligger i ett lugnt område. Små grupper av besökare är tillåtna, men stora grupper eller fester är det inte. Maximal beläggning för övernattning på denna stuga är 4 personer (inklusive alla barn). I sällsynta tillfällen kan ytterligare en gäst övernattas stanna en eller två nätter, men ENDAST MED TIDIGARE GODKÄNNANDE AV ÄGARE, och till en extra kostnad på $ 25 per person per natt. This is a wonderful little cottage for a week or a weekend getaway in the summer. The fireplace was cozy on the chilly mornings, and the large covered porch was a great place to laze around, read a book, and sit down to dinner. Having such immediate access to swimming and kayaking on the pond is the highlight of the place. Ray and his wife are great hosts, and are easily reachable if issues arise. Would certainly stay again.

I picked this cabin for the view and it did not disappoint! Very peaceful lake and amazing L-shaped screened in porch with such a beautiful breeze of the lake. We stayed here for a week in August and the breeze saved us. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay again!!Thank you both!

Labor Day

Easy access to the water. Very good for swimming. Quiet with minimal boat traffic. Screened in porch is great for morning coffee or just enjoying the views of the lake.

Quiet and relaxing!!!

We had an amazing time! The cabin was beautiful and very rustic with amazing amenities as well. Had our own personal beach with kayaks, a paddleboat and a dock. It did rain for the day that we had to enjoy it, but the house was stocked with great games and a beautiful fireplace. I recommend this place to anybody! We came here as a place to stay so we could go to Soulfest which was held in Greenfield, Massachusetts. It was about 45 minutes away but so much worth the drive! We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time swimming, fishing, and lounging by the lake! The screened in porch is wonderful and the view is beautiful. Wonderful spot and easy access to nearby groceries and food. Host was very nice and attentive. All around 5/5!

A Slice of Heaven

Our stay at the cabin was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, the double doors into the dining/ living room made the inside feel part of the outside. And the porch!! It was the perfect place to sit and read, eat at the outside table,and play games - all while catching the breeze. It was a wonderful stay all around and I can’t wait to return!

Perfect Low-Key Vacation Spot

The property is a classic vintage New England "camp" on the water. It reminded me of the camp my parents rented on another lake in the area when we were children. The best feature is the wrap-around screened in porch: perfect for entertaining and just relaxing on the convertible sofa or in the rocking chairs and enjoying the beautiful scenery. A constant breeze keeps you cool. I paddled around the pond in one of the two kayaks provided - the owner provided PFDs for 4 people, as there is also a two-person pedal boat. Even on "busy" days - the weekends and the 4th of July the place remained relatively low-key, no excessive noise. There were a couple of power boats, but most of the boats were pontoon/party boats that move slowly. There were also kayakers and paddle boarders. There are lots of fine hiking trails in the area. Ray, the owner was very friendly and informative. He lives next door to the property. After initial introductions and a quick check-in a day or so later to ensure all is well, he is not intrusive. He took great pains to ensure the kitchen was fully stocked with just about everything you could possibly need in terms of cookware, plates, and utensils. I would definitely rent this property again.

Nice place right on the water!

Ray, the owner, was a delight to work with. His house was spotless, and the neighborhood surrounding the pond was lovely. Honestly, even the beach was clean. It looked like they had raked the sand. The pond is truly a little bit of heaven, and I feel grateful we were able to spend time there.

Rustic and had everything

What we expected, small rustic, yet close to town and warm sandy pond. Had access to kayaks and swam most of the day. Close to hiking and disc golf. Loved the wrap around porch to enjoy the sunny days without being sunburned and evening lighting storms without getting wet.

This lovely cottage is a true waterfront!

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely, rustic style cottage! It offers everything you need to experience the true waterfront life. My favorite feature is the spacious screened in porch, which gives the best closeup views of the water. You really are so close to the pond! The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals, and the home has plenty to keep you entertained, like tv, games, etc. The pond is clean, peaceful and so picturesque, especially in the early morning, when the fog sits atop! The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and respectable. I didn’t want to leave and I’d definitely come again!

Rustic nostalgic and perfectly relaxing

We stayed a week here and couldn’t have been happier, the property is adorable and super quiet. This rustic camp has all the conveniences of home, the owners really make sure you have everything you need. The porch is to die for!! We sat out every night with cold beer and our Bluetooth speaker and it was completely serene. The large dining table on the porch also makes a great space for a puzzle or something to play board games. The paddle boat and kayaks were so much fun, plenty of universal fit adult life jackets, although we did buy a kids size for our 7 year old before arriving so she’d be able to go out to deeper water to swim with us, the water was warm and the dock was a blast to jump off. The bottom isn’t slimy but I still wore my water shoes, it’s a lake after all there’s always a bit of stuff at the bottom no matter where you go….This place is huge on charm, we didn’t even feel like we were only a half hour from home, it really transports you to a different time and place. There were a few days that got pretty hot so we grabbed a couple extra fans from the store but the breeze off the pond cools everything off nicely at night for sleeping . We liked that the residents around us weren’t super loud, this isn’t a party place, and most of the boats on the pond were pontoon boats of families just cruising around, we could kayak without getting blown over by the wake. Favorite thing was the porch hands down! Least favorite thing, no fire pit for smores, we could’ve used the grill but we had a monsoon the first few days so we just got ice cream at the store instead. There’s a grocery store and a Walmart just a short drive away for anything you might need or have forgotten to pack… There’s a gorgeous old fireplace in the living room but it was just too hot to fire it up during our stay. We would 100% go back for another stay, The Cloutiers are excellent hosts, you can tell they really care about the property and about guest feedback. Thanks for the great vacation!

Clean pond with all amenities included

Loved the rustic charm but with updates in kitchen (cabinets) & bathroom. . The HUGE screened in porch overlooking the water was our favorite place when not in/on the water. We stayed during a heat wave & were so glad to swim to the dock to beat the heat. At night the breeze off lake was great too. Kayaks were fun to tour the pond. Our best week of the summer was @ Packard Pond.

Totally idyllic

The lake house was so peaceful and beautiful! The water was the perfect temperature. The children loved it, and we loved it. Morning and evening kayak paddles around the lake offered an extra appeal. Plenty of good local places to eat, or we cooked or grilled at the house. Just the break we needed.

A place to relax and enjoy simple summer pleasures

The cottage is very clean, comfortable and roomier than the photos make it look. The view of Packard Pond and the breeze off the water, makes the spacious screened in porch its most charming feature. Ray and Sue are welcoming and attentive hosts who respect your privacy, but are there if you need them. They seem to have thought of all the little extras from kitchen gadgets to comfy pillows, kayaks to beach chairs, gas grill to fireplace. This is a cabin that has retained its character for generations. A place to put your feet up and relax. It probably isn’t a good fit if you are looking for sleek, modern accommodations or a lot of nightlife. It is perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family who enjoys nature and the water.

Even better than the photos!

The pictures do not do this property justice. Roomy, airy, clean...everything you want but rarely get in a cabin rental. Owners are wonderful and right next door if you need anything. The swimming was delightful, as was the kayaking, The pond is sandy-bottomed which is great for those of us with a slime aversion. Good sized fireplace for chilly nights. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future vacations.
