Vår rymliga familjevilla har 3500 kvadratmeter lyxig bostadsyta med 6 sovrum och 4 badrum som rymmer 16 bekvämt. Vår söderläge skärmad i pool med badtunna och en täckt uteplats är perfekt för att titta på solnedgången, titta på ditt favorit-tv-program eller lyssna på din favoritlåt på vårt Sonos musiksystem. Du kan grilla på vår gasgrill medan du tittar på barnen simmar i poolen! Vår privata villa är en av de största hörnpartierna som ligger i reservdelen av Windsor Hills, en gated resort. Windsor Hills resort erbjuder en lagunestil pool med en helt ny stor vattenpark och badtunna. De har också spelrum, fitnesscenter, biograf, närbutik, basketplaner, sandvolleybollplan, 3 lekplatser med tema, greener och tennisbanor. Allt ingår utan kostnad vid hyra av villan.

Vår villa ligger 5 minuter från Walt Disney temaparker och några minuter från Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, golf och många andra populära sevärdheter i Florida. Our family of 14 LOVED our stay here. The rooms were very comfortable and we were able to travel light due to all the amenities offered. It’s a great place to go and just spend time to connect! Their club amenities were great also! It’s within a short drive to everything we wanted to do at a great price. The hosts are very responsive and provided clear instructions. I recommend it to all big families traveling together!

Awesome place for visiting Disney

The property was perfect for our group of 9 that included 4 kids. We loved the game room and the pool! The hosts were incredibly responsive when the washing machine had an issue. They ordered a new one and had it delivered very quickly! We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Disney.

Great place close to Disney!

Was easy to get to all of the parks, neighborhood was nice and quiet and community pool and slides made for a great rest day! Private pool and hot tub were great for relaxing, and there was lots of space for our 12 person family.

Great Vacation

Home was as described and the host was excellent. Any questions were answered promptly and we appreciated the check ins from the host. We enjoyed the sun and spent a lot of time by the pool.

Annual Friends Trip

This house was perfect for our needs. We where a group of two families all adults 8 in total. We found the home very spacious, clean and welcoming. All details where thought of inside and out. We took advantage of the pool and game room. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and the comfortable sofas where a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. Everything we could have wanted was provided and ready making us feel right at home. I have rented dozens of properties and Christine was very responsive and answered any questions we had right away. And we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, loved the community,

The property was excellent. we had a few minor problems but we worked through them. Gate keeping process was not so good. Google maps took us to an entrance that was closed and it took some time to find the working entrance.All in all a terrific experience.

Exactly as listed - beautiful & large home

We stayed at this villa for a week with 6 adults & 5 children and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house is large and beautiful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we never felt like we were on top of eachother. It was clean, there was plenty of baby equipment and the kids loved the pool and we appreciated the safety net around it when we were not using it. The house is close to Disney and many bars and restaurants along with Walmart for shopping. It was absolutely perfect for our trip and We would absolutely stay here again! We didn’t even have a chance to fully enjoy the waterpark but that was beautiful too!

Family Vacation

House was perfect for our family of six adults and four children. The children and adults enjoyed the pool and spa especially after a long day at the parks. Located very close to the Disney parks and in a lovely neighborhood.

Comforts of home

Wonderful place, great location

We stayed here for 8 days. The place was as described, clean, and located close to Disney. Our party consisted of two families - 4 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for everyone. Christie, the host, was very responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely consider this place again for our future Orlando visits.

5 star villa in excellent location

Windsor hills is well maintained, peaceful and secure community. The gate is manned by security guards and accessed by a scan-able pass and we had no issues entering or leaving the community and had a very short wait ( < 5 minutes) the night we checked in. We chose Windsor hills over the newer more modern communities because of its reputation and location and were not disappointed.

This home is so spacious and our family of 10 had plenty of room with 2 dining areas, the family room and living room and the wonderful pool area. All appliances were in excellent condition including the washer/dryer which is a big plus for this group! The location is perfect for the Disney parks and the owner is quick to respond to all questions. We had a great vacation at this home!

Amazing House for your Magical Trip!

We stayed with 6 adults and 5 children and all were very comfortable. Lots of bedrooms and beds for everyone to sleep and have their own space. Kids loved the games room and the pool. I would recommend to pay the extra to heat the pool as the hot tub was so nice after long days at Disney! Absolutely beautiful place and location. Loved sitting by the pool in the morning and then heading down to the big pool and water park. Very short drive to all the local attractions, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful vacation time

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It is located near everything and easy to get around. The home was clean and had everything we needed. My only criticism is the checkout time is a little early. We had to get up at 6 am to wash all the towels and get everything back into place so we could be out by 9 am.

Our stay

Once you have mastered entry into the estate it’s not too bad but sometimes can take 5-10 mins to get in. House is nice a large as is the pool deck. The house feels a little tired in places, but good enough for a vacation. The pool chairs could do with a good clean as they are quite smelly which transfers to your towels. All in all a great base for vacation.

Disney Adventure Villa has many additional amenities that you and your family will enjoy. We find most of our guests love the Sonos music system in our home. We have Sonos speakers outside by the pool, inside the game room and kitchen/family room area. We also have a 55" Samsung Smart TV outside by the pool/patio area. We have a Stainless-steel BBQ grill outside on the patio. We have motorized reclining sectional sofa and a Samsung 65" 4K Ultra HD TV in the family room. The Kitchen has all you will need to cook a gourmet meal. We purchased 4 King, 2 Full and 2 Twin high quality mattresses ensure you can get a good night's rest after long days at the parks. We also provide you with dishwasher soap, new sponge, laundry detergent and dryer fabric softener sheets. We maintain and do upgrades regularly to keep this a 5-star rated villa.
