This Edgartown compound includes a main house, guest house and heated pool, all within blocks of downtown. The main house is comfortable and beautifully furnished with numerous living spaces, allowing plenty of space for all your guests. The first floor consists of a fully-stocked kitchen, den, dining area, living room, laundry room and a full bath. There are three second floor bedrooms; a primary bedroom with full en suite bath on one side of the house, and two additional guest bedrooms with a shared bath on the other side. The guest house has an additional bedroom, as well as a kitchen, full bath and living room. The outdoor spaces consist of a heated pool, grassy yard, patio, covered porch and so much more. Conveniently located to the shops and restaurants of downtown Edgartown, Katama General Store, and the bike path to South Beach.
