1900: s viktorianska, nyligen uppdaterad. Huset är cirka 1600 kvadratmeter. Hus köpt år 2018 och alla möbler och möbler är nya. Kök och trappa badrum är nyrenoverade!

På första våningen finns vardagsrum med 50 "HDTV ansluten till den med bäddsoffa. Köket är äter och innehåller olika apparater, bland annat mixer, brödrost, kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn.

Tre sovrum på övervåningen: två rum med queen size-sängar och ett rum med full storlek och dubbla våningssängar.

Stort badrum på andra våningen, som förbinder till mästare och har tillgång till andra sovrum. Litet badrum på första våningen med dusch. utanför köket

Stor utomhus veranda, picknickbord och grill på baksidan. Fönster enhet AC är i två sovrum på övervåningen och i köket. Mini-split håller gemensamma utrymmen och tredje sovrummet är coolt. Sängkläder och handdukar (5 bad och 5 strand) tillhandahålls.

Gångavstånd till brygga stranden (1/2 mil). Två cyklar och sex solstolar. Huset ligger på busslinjen, med ett stopp direkt över gatan.

Thanksgiving stay

We stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. The house is absolutely beautiful and well equipped. The location is perfect, short walk to the lighthouse and downtown.

The house was as described and way more! Everything one could need was already in place. That came in handy as we ended up staying inside much more than anticipated due to a stormy week in Martha's Vineyard. The place was well-located and very comfortable!

Beautiful, comfortable home

We had such a lovely stay on Martha's Vineyard at this property. The beds were comfortable, the porch was amazing, and there were tons of amenities (ac, tv, games, fully stocked kitchen). We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Oaks Bluff

Attended a wedding in Martha Vineyard throughly enjoyed our stay. House was super clean, was in a great location and and had everything we needed to make it a great gathering for my family. Easy check in and out and property manager was very helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great and comfortable place to stay in vineyard.

Great for Family Stay

This property was perfect for our family of four. It's within walking distance of Circuit Avenue and the beach. The small room off the between the kitchen and family room was a perfect workspace.

Oak Bluffs Stay

We vacation on the island every year and this property was by far one of the best! The location was great. The house has everything you would need for your vacation from beach chairs to bicycles! We will be back next year!

Perfect Accommodations!

This property provided the perfect space to spend time with my family. When the weather didn’t allow us to be outside, we were able to bound together with cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and playing the board games provided. We look forward to spending time in this space again in the future.

Excellent stay!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this property and we love it! It’s a great house in an amazing location and is extremely clean. It’s stocked with everything you need, especially if you want to stay in for a few nights and cook. Emily is extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful! Highly recommend!

Wonderful House!!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house. It is really perfect in that it is a short walk to town and all the attractions in oak bluffs. The house itself has all that you need, fully equipped kitchen, linens a and towels and beach chairs. The house is also very clean.

Wonderful property

This home is great! A perfect location to get to Oak Bluff walking and dedicated parking if you have a car. I cannot stress how accurate the description and pictures are. The home is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, etc. You really cannot go wrong with this rental!

Great clean space excellent location to Oak Bluffs Marina

Plenty of space of 6-8. Especially if some are children. Protected front yard and porch were great for relaxing. Spacious dining in kitchen. Easy walk into town, even if walking with children.

Great Location and Very Comfortable

This house is everything! Great location, spacious, well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable in the house, at the beach and exploring by bike. Awesome outdoor shower. Loved it!

My group and I absolutely loved staying at this property. It was located on a Main Street in Oak Bluffs which allowed easy access to the town. The house was extremely clean, nice, and spacious - and the front porch and yard were perfect too! There’s also chairs, an outdoor shower, and bikes for use. Would highly recommend and definitely go back! Emily was also very communicative and extremely nice!

Relaxing and Lovely

We had a wonderful week at this house. It was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. The porch was great for hanging out and we really appreciated the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Having all the beach gear and bikes was a super bonus. The walk into Oak Bluffs was short and appreciated by our teens. New York Ave is a little busy but the house is set well back from the street so it’s really not an issue. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Lovely House! Roomy and Comfortable!

Emily's house worked perfect for my family's 5 night recent stay. The rooms were spacious, beds were extremely comfortable, living space sunny and inviting and the kitchen table was the perfect gathering spot for us and our friends. The front porch was another favorite spot. Emily was a gracious and responsive host. We've stayed in many VRBO's/AirBnB's etc. Emily's house goes to the top of our recommend list! Thanks, Emily!

I have been going to MV since I was a kid. Now I have three kiddos of my own (8, 5, 2) and I love to see the island through their eyes. I am a MA native, having lived three years in Ireland and one year in California, I have made my way home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

It's such a comfortable house, being a walk to town and walk to Nancy's. We love to come home from the beach, grill in the backyard, and then walk down for a ride on the Flying Horses and an ice cream to cap off the day.

The house is also across from the bus stop, so if you do not want to bring a car, you can still easily explore the island using the transportation services of MV!
