Step out on the spacious lanai, where you can soak up the sun, put your grilling skills to work, or catch a game from the custom built bar with smart tv, offering maximum entertainment.
As you settle in for the day, you will catch the most beautiful, colorful POOLSIDE sunsets here!! The pool heater is electric and set between 80-85 degrees year round with no extra charge. With the entire back yard enclosed by a privacy fence, you can enjoy your own private oasis!
The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or book a chartered adventure. We have been renovating and improving properties for the past ten years, and finally have an opportunity to own our very first short term rental vacation home, in BEAUTIFUL Southwest Florida. We are so excited to have an opportunity to share our love of travel while offering lasting memories for years to come for our guests.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We first visited Cape Coral Florida in 2018, where we fell in love with the beaches and the shelling that it has to offer. We have three boys and they instantly fell in love with the areas amazing shelling at Sanibel and Captiva Islands. They also really enjoy when we drive north to Venice Beach, where they search the sand for shark teeth! We knew from the first vacation here that we wanted to own a property to come back to someday. Cape Coral is such an amazing place!

The drive in to this property is nothing short of absolutely beautiful, with lush landscaping and quick access to The Westin, Publix, and some of the most amazing Restaurants in Cape! Our home is a single level home that offers a thoughtful design of a simple pool home, making this property practical and comfortable for a relaxing and memorable stay. We skipped no details, from the paint colors to the luxurious linens. We hope our home leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.
