Denna totalrenoverade villa 2018 lämnar inget att önska. Huset har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Det stora sovrummet är utrustat med en king size-säng och har eget badrum. De andra två sovrummen delar badrum och är båda utrustade med enkelsängar som kan skjutas samman för att bilda en säng. Avslutad 2019 leasar poolen med bubbelpool ett badpass under varje säsong. Avsluta kvällen i vårt avkopplande resortliknande utomhusområde.
Vardagsrummet är utrustat med en bekväm soffa. Huset har ett Sonos-ljudsystem.
Villan ligger på en lugn gata i Yacht Club-området. Cape Coral Beach kan nås med cykel på 10 minuter, men restauranger och shopping finns också i närheten. Med båt når du floden på 5 minuter utan broar. Vi är glada att ge dig, om tillgängligt, cyklar tillgängliga.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Ich kann die Villa nur weiter empfehlen. Der offene Pool ist für die Region untypisch, war aber genau das was wir suchten. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine Boot für eine Woche angemietet und dafür war der Bootslift am Kanal optimal.In nicht mal 5 Minuten waren wir schon aufs offenen Meer. Für Cape Coral ein Traum. Die Villa war perfekt eingerichtet. Küche und Grill perfekt. Wir würden diese Villa immer wieder buchen. VG

Christmas Break Getaway

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this property. It was exactly what was showed online. Our kids especially loved the pool and hot tub, using them both daily. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We still had access to restaurants not too far away. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

Beautiful Oasis

Even during Hurricane Helene this home felt safe and comfortable. This was my second time staying at this property and I would do so again in a heartbeat! Love it here!

Second visit

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. Myself and my family find this place very relaxing. The main attraction is of course the pool and hot tub. Always impeccably maintained and clean. And that goes for the house as well. I’m sure we will come again.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was perfect, It totally lives up to the beautiful pictures online. Perfect with kids, very family friendly with lots of room and hard floors throughout, floors and furniture are easy to keep picked up- Blessed with pretty good kids so there was just the occasional sweeping after meals and keeping sandy shoes/toys in the garage. Everything in the house was well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils, appliances, sheets, blankets and towels. All was in good working order and we did not need to reach out to the owner for anything. We will definitely be booking again and investigating boat rentals!

Perfect Stay to Recharge over Spring Break

We absolutely LOVED Salt Life Villa for a spring break stay with our 2 adult children. From the moment we stepped in the door, we couldn't have been more pleased. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing day at the pool, day trip to the beach or evening in the hot tub. It is well equipped with everything you need to get your vacation started and is close to great restaurants, shopping and beaches nearby. Delia was very communicative and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!!!!

Neat, clean and very nicely decorated

The house was exceptional. It was spacious and well designed. We had 4 adults and a 2 yr old and there was room for more!. The host was VERY attentive, checking in with us on several occasions to make sure everything was to our liking. I highly recommend the house and the host!

Great Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot tub but Bob came right out and fixed it. We also had issue with shower and they came right out and fixed it. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and resort like place to stay.

Beautiful location with excellent management

We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to our family and friends! Our group totaled four people and there was ample space to accommodate this number or more. It is beautiful with an open floorplan and easy access to the pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is well appointed with newer appliances and plenty of housewares to accommodate cooking and eating in during your stay. We had packed a number of floatys for the pool and had asked if a pump was available at the location to inflate them. To our pleasant surprise, the management ordered one and had it delivered the next day! Very generous and gracious! There is ample closet space available and it makes it easy to organize your clothes and travel items. The bathrooms were very clean and well lit. There were no full length mirrors which may be of interest if getting dressed up for going out. All the features of the property worked in top condition from the appliances to the heated pool and jacuzzi. We rented a 23 foot boat during our stay and there was ample room at the dock to tie up. This property perfectly matched our interests to boat during the day, prepare and eat dinner onsite, and relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evening. All communications with management were positive and friendly and there were no surprises or missed expectations. We highly recommend!

Great home for a quiet, relaxing 2-weeks. Exceptionally clean with a great view to the pool and outdoor dining area. Perfect for outdoor meals or enjoying the wide-open pool ... soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the large covered area. Easy driving distances to several good restaurants, Publix and as a home base for taking day-trips.

The house was great, and the pool and hot tub was very nice.

Everything was great! The owners responded quickly to a couple text with questions about the pool and wi-fi. Also we locked our selves out the first evening as we went to our dinner reservations. I texted about an extra key and before dinner was over, the owner had a locksmith come and took care of the issue. We were close to many nice restaurants and the drive to Sanibel island or Fort Myers beach was not bad at all. Myself and my children enjoyed our stay at this house.

Villa Salt Live Rocks!

The Villa Salt Life house lived up to and exceeded expectations! First of all the pool/hot tub was amazing and the patio is laid out well for lounging around the pool. You can turn the heat on/off on both hot tub and pool which is great if outside temp fluctuates. The house is very nicely furnished and the master bedroom is huge with a patio door to the pool area. The place had everything we needed inside so just had to stock up on food and beer for the week. Great location as well, we rented a boat and jet ski and it was a short cruise to open water. Also a short drive or boat ride to a really great restaurant/bar called the Boat House near by, spent a lot of time there! The host Delia was very nice, responsive, and helpful with any questions we had before and during the stay. Highly recommend this house if you want a great place to relax with easy access to the waterways.
