En anmärkning från ägaren:
Efter att ha hyrt 4 olika Sugar Beach-enheter på 3 olika våningar i sex år hade vi turen att köpa i 2013. Vi anser att enheten ligger i den bästa byggnaden med enkel åtkomst från den täckta parkeringen och en våning upp från taket parkering. Vi dricker vårt kaffe på morgonen på lanai och letar efter sköldpaddor, manta strålar, flygande fiskar och valar. Denna enhet har renoverats för att vara exakt vad vi vill och vi skulle vilja dela vårt hem med respektfulla gäster.

Sugar Beach Resort är en trevligt inredd tredje våningen oceanfront enhet som är utrustad med en ny Kalifornien King Temper-Rhapsody Breeze säng och stora platt-TV i sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Den nya bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet har en bekväm 8 "madrass. Köket har en ismaskin, nya bambu skåp, granit counter-toppar och Koa trägolv. We had a great time at the condo.There was everything you could need. The view was amazing and we sat outside every chance we had and enjoyed the ocean. The beach was steps away. The pools was always clean and you never had to fight for a lounge chair. The condo was convent to many nice restaurants . We had so much fun. Plan to return for sure.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this condo. It is located on the north side of the resort, which is quiet and faces the ocean. The bed is comfortable; the unit is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the view is amazing. The A/C works well, and the amenities provided by the host were above and beyond those at most other places we've stayed. Sugar Beach is our favorite place to stay in Maui, and this is probably the nicest condo we have ever been in at this resort. The only drawback was the correspondence with Ali'i Resorts, the company that manages the condo. They were cordial and courteous, but they were overbearing. They contacted me several times before and during the trip just to check on how things were going. It became bothersome. One of the reasons I book a VRBO is to avoid hotel interactions, and this felt very much like dealing with a hotel front desk. They even had someone meet me at the condo at check-in, rather than simply providing me with the door code. The person who met me was very nice, but it was unnecessary and time-consuming, especially since I simply wanted to unload my luggage and start my work vacation as soon as I reached the condo.

Fantastic vacation rental

We had a great stay at this Sugar Beach ocean front condo. The views were so beautiful and the beach, just down the steps from the condo, was never busy. Condo was comfy and just what we were hoping for! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved Sugar Beach Resort!

Our condo at Sugar Beach Resort was perfect! The location was convenient for various tours around the island. The condo was just as described online. It had everything you could think to need, it was very clean and updated, the bed was super comfortable, the view from the lanai was amazing! We loved our stay!

Great place

This condo is very nice, very well stocked and great location. It is on a nice, long beach for walking (unusual in Hawaii). Recliners and air conditioning were great. No complaints. This is a great place.

Great location

It more than exceeded our expectations. It's a great central location, and it's easy to head out in any direction for fun and activities or to find a great beach. There's a reef right in front of the condo for some decent snorkeling. Sitting on the lanai watching the sunsets is amazing.

Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The property was quite clean, although I did notice that the photos made it look a bit nicer than it actually was. That said, this seems to be a common trend with other Vrbo rentals as well. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Absolutely Perfect

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach and this unit had everything we needed. We sat on the lanai every morning and evening and loved the proximity to the beach and everything we wanted to do. I also loved that the area wasn't too crowded. We got engaged on the beach right outside while taking in the incredible sunset views and this will always be a memorable place for us!

Sugar Beach 20 Year Anniversary Trip

The entire rental process from beginning to end was smooth. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was being beach front, listening to the waves crash and taking beautiful sunset pics from the lanai. After visiting Honolulu twice, we have found our new "Happy Place" here on Maui. We plan on returning in the future and hope to stay in this same location again. We could not be happier with the hospitality that was shown to us during our stay.

Wonderful stay on Sugar Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Sugar Beach. The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked with the essentials and other things like spices and pantry items. The bed was very comfortable! ThIs is one of the nicest beaches I have visited and the views from the condo were amazing. Ali'i Resorts met us at the unit and were very helpful with our questions. We are so happy we chose Maui for our anniversary trip and were thankful we were able to come and contribute to the economy. Many prayers for the residents of the island and best of luck in your recovery.
