This two-story villa has a second-floor entry. Inside, you can relax and enjoy the comfort of a charming beach escape with a large flatscreen TV, free high-speed WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. You'll also be mere minutes from the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Plantation, and beautiful downtown Fernandina!

Guests must climb a flight of stairs to access this home.
Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only.
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
âą Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
âą Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
âą Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
âą Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
âą The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
âą Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.
