Thank you for the five-star review for Sea Watch Villa 1790! Glad communication was smooth and that the pool was about a one-minute walk. Good to hear the beach access across the street worked for you despite the steps. Happy the kitchen was well stocked and that the beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and wagon in the garage were useful. Glad you enjoyed the upstairs balcony view and the quieter feel compared to Daytona. We appreciate you choosing Casago First Coast and hope to host you again on your next visit.

This is a wonderful place to stay. They have everything you could need. In the garage was a wagon, to take things to the beach, and there were beach chairs. The location was great, directly across from the beach. We loved having coffee on the balcony looking at the beach. They even had beach towels.

Property was very convenient for walking to beach and the town of Flagler. I think it’s in need of a little love on the inside closet louvres we’re out of tracks on several doors, there was a bicycle in the garage but tires were pretty flat and no signs of a pump anywhere but overall a good stay

Great location

Needed some maintenance, broken light switches, loose or open wall plugs. Old food in cabinet and freezer. Counters in kitchen had sand all over them. Other than that it was a beautiful view, great location, quiet, and steps away from the beach.

Our stay was amazing! Our parents live in Flagler Beach and we were close to them, we could walk to their home. We loved being across from the beach and then could walk a short distance to the pool. The condo has everything you need . You do need laundry soap and salt, pepper, groceries of course! All tenants of the other condos were so nice!! It’s a place that is calm, peaceful and quiet at 10 which we loved! Communication with the office was very easy.I have only a couple complaints. First, the neighbor ( a man) who lives on the end of the building appeared on our porch everyday until I called the office to ask why he was doing this! We were there 11 days. The office staff let me know that he was safe and that he was looking after the condos for the owner. He never spoke to us!! He was throwing up his hands , walking on our rented patio, counted chairs and was appearing every morning! I don’t care if he was safe or not, he should not be on patios of rented properties unless there was he was invited to be! He can look after a place without invading people privacy. I had my son and granddaughter there also , so there is no excuse! The staff said they would get to the bottom of it and then texted and told me not to worry that he is safe and just watching things for owners! No! He can watch from afar and when I have to explain why it isn’t ok and then I am brushed off by “ he’s safe , don’t worry” I am only putting this here because staff didn’t understand I guess why

Quiet & Great location; management needs improvement

Great location! We only had to cross the street to access the beach, where we were often alone. Very quiet! The property is older and could use some minor updating/repairs (broken electrical outlets/switches, squeaky/hard to open doors, clean the inside of kitchen drawers/cabinets). The bedrooms & living room are quite spacious! The kitchen appliances are older but they work fine. The property itself met our needs perfectly and the location couldn’t have been better! We were, however, disappointed with the property management. Called to report at check-in that the bathroom light & fan switch was broken & unable to turn off. Was told that the local management would be contacting me but never did. Even followed up with an email but no response so it remained on for our entire stay. They also need to update the listing- pictures showed different size beds in rooms & some parts of the write up were inaccurate. I’d prefer to deal directly with the owners when renting in the future.
