My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We had a peaceful and relaxing time. The place was very well kept up and clean. The veiw of the lake as we sat on the back porch was beautiful. The host (Karon) was very nice and responed quickly when I had a question. She even called to inform us if we needed anything to please call her. We will be visiting this place again!! Thank you, Karon! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the lake. Kitchen well equipped
only wish there were containers for storing leftovers in the kitchen & throws to use on the couch (I like to use them even in the summer)
.but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Enjoyed the fishing
had a curious small alligator swimming around checking us out the first night but it moved on and never saw it again
very quiet and relaxing. Pretty secluded
which was great. Quiet neighbors.

Caught a turtle, a few bass and a few catfish
.all released back into the lake.

Location is fabulous, reception/wifi not great

If you’re looking for a beautiful location, this is great. There is a dock right by the home you can dock your boat at. What wasn’t that great is it’s located in kind of a cul de sac which means the neighbors are somewhat on top of you. WiFi was very slow and I had terrible reception. Closest store is about 10 minutes away called the trading post, they’re very friendly there

Pictures do not do this properly justice! Absolutely beautiful! Peaceful, calm lake. Great for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. House was clean and easy for our family of 8. Great vacation destination!

Very Nice; Highly Recommend

Very nice property. Truly 5 stars. Everything was clean, in order, and well taken care of. Had zero issues with anything. There are a plethora of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Two small barbeques on the covered patio. It's a really nice house and property and we couldn't be happier with it. Plus it's within 30 minutes of fishing and public hunting land. Highly recommend, couldn't be happier.

Truly a peaceful place!

My husband and I had a nice Thanksgiving getaway stay at this gorgeous place. The host communicated very well with us prior to our stay. The place was SUPER CLEAN and very spacious. We enjoyed having coffee and drinks on the back porch overlooking the lake. It was a very cold few days so we didn't get to use the kayaks they provided. Overall great time and would highly recommend.

Amazing getaway

Everything was perfect. Memories were made. The only thing that wasn’t spelled out accurately was just how well the place was stocked for our stay. Everything we needed was there. This place is obviously well cared for with the intent of hosting guests. Bravo!!

Quiet Getaway

The property was fantastic. We booked the place for a 20 year veterans reunion and wanted a quiet peaceful place that we could hang out and fish. This place was perfect. The house was amazing and the property was beautiful. Everything was clean and in good status. We used the grill and the kitchen had good amenities. Would for sure go back!!

Family Getaway

Wonderful place to stay at beautiful Toledo Bend! Very close to the boat launch and large pavilion that overlooks the water. We woke up to beautiful views. The cabin was clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Great vacation home

The property was beautiful. House was very comfortable and clean. If you're bringing, be careful navigating to the property as there is small stumps but with careful maneuvering it was not an issue.

Great getaway!

The property was beautiful and nicely kept. We had a great time fishing, kayaking and swimming. The only thing that would keep us from booking again would be the 3 vehicle limit. That was hard for us to manage, but other than that we would definitely stay again.

Jaw dropping

When we arrived the home was as described on the website. Big yard, lovely home, the view was incredible😍 We didnt want to leave! Will def come back. The owners are sweet people!
