Welcome to Your Fort Myers Retreat at Colonial Country Club
Experience resort-style living in one of the most beautiful gated communities in Fort Myers, Florida! Located in the prestigious Colonial Country Club, this peaceful 750-acre golf course community offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.
Guests enjoy access to eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, scenic biking and walking trails, sparkling community pools with spas, and a newly renovated clubhouse featuring an elite fitness center. All of this is surrounded by the breathtaking 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon G. Lewis, which underwent a full renovation, completed in December 2025.
The Condo
This charming 1,437 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with an additional flex room comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. Itâs the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style.
Inside, youâll find:
Open-concept living and dining area with sliding glass doors opening to a private, screened lanai overlooking the serene nature trail.
Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, pantry, and all essentials â including cookware, utensils, small appliances, and dinnerware â plus a dining bar with 2 stools.
Dining area with seating for 4 plus a bench, ideal for meals or game nights.
Split floor plan offering privacy, with the master suite at the rear and guest bedroom at the front.
Bedrooms & Baths:
Master Bedroom: King bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, peaceful nature views, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, oversized walk-in closet, and separate toilet room.
Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds, dresser, and flat-screen TV.
Guest Bath: Tub/shower combination.
Bonus Room: Multi-use space with a twin daybed and office setup â perfect for remote work or an extra guest.
