The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. Bedrooms offer cozy beds and storage. Bathrooms are clean and spacious with fresh linens. Stylish touches and family-friendly comfort make this space feel like home.
Guests will enjoy secure, keyless entry through a smart lock at the private side entranceâno need to worry about keys!
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, work area and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy private use of the backyard and driveway parking. Smart locks allow for easy self check-in, and all spaces are thoughtfully prepared for your stay. No shared areasâthis home is exclusively yours during your visit.
**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking.
Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
