We really enjoyed our stay. Kaess is a very communicative host and everything is as advertised. We especially appreciated the portable AC as the first day of our arrival was quite hot.

Clean, comfortable, and well maintained unit. Ideal for our stay. Many good restaurants nearby but unit is nicely stocked if you prefer to stay in for meals. Good location and easy access to public transportation. Street noise could be a bit much if you aren't used to it. Kaess is a very responsive and a great host.

Great neighborhood- so many good restaurants within walking distance. Easy public transportation so we parked our car in the garage and didn’t have to move it.

Super cute place with tons of things to try out around the property. You won’t need a car unless you’re uncomfortable with scootering/biking the city. 10/10 would stay again!

The host was great and the apartment was very nice. Pay close attention to the directions for getting keys and parking, it is a bit complicated. Having parking and the ability to bring your dog was awesome.

Unit was much larger even than the photos. The location is very happening and the unit is very central to all kinds of shops, restaurants, stores, groceries, bars, etc. Secure parking, great for those with pets (we had two small dogs). Kaess was a great host and left lots of cute little amenities in the room (dog treats, bowls, nice neighbourhood guide, games, and tasteful decor). Definitely recommend.

The property was amazing and ideal in terms of location and size for what we needed. We are slower-paced than most people in the area, but it was perfect on so many levels. Our host was extremely friendly and positive, which we appreciated. Bed comfy, television options for downtime were ideal - we're streamers too. I can say it matched the picture exactly. The art and decor are cute. The only drawbacks were simple, little things. We didn't have arrival information when we got there, so there was some confusion. It would have been nice to be informed about the construction on the building going on right outside our main window. These were minor annoyances in the grand scheme of things. Also, it might be helpful for people to know it is on a hill. Some of us aren't as young as we used to be... like me. The kitchen cabinets need to be fixed.

I'm unsure why the review isn't higher. I allowed an early check- in, I returned a forgotten item after check-out, I sent check-in instructions and went through them again when they arrived. I did charge them for a ripped and ruined shower curtain which made the matching bathroom set mismatched. The unit is always pristine and the instructions are clear.
