Rest, relax, and rejuvenate in this spacious home with luxury decor, furnishings, and finishes. In this well appointed home your family will enjoy all the amenities we offer from a pool table & game room to the outdoor fire pit & seating. Get ready to make some memories!

The space:
5000 SQ ft 2 level home. 5 bed 3.5 bath with luxury furnishings, decor, and finishes.
*Main Level: Fully stocked large and open kitchen that makes cooking for a crowd a pleasant experience. Every chef loves the Granite Counters and Stainless Appliances, Gas Stove and Double Ovens. The Dining table extends easily to seat 10 and 2 barstools at the bar for a total of 12. There are 2 highchairs available upon request as well. The main level also has 1/2 bath, Mudroom, Laundry Room (Washer Dryer Steamer), Reclining Sofa, Large TV, Gas Fireplace. The Master Suite features a King Bed with luxury bedding and blackout curtains, a large Smart TV, Master Bath has Granite counters with double sink, an oversized tub and oversized shower as well as a walk in closet. Guest Bath has Granite Counters with a tub shower combo, Bedroom 2 Features a Queen sized bed and a large wall mounted Smart TV. 3 car garage (if cars are small) 2 normal cars fit comfortably as well as 2-3 spaces on the driveway. Outdoor space includes a propane Gas Grill, Outdoor Swing and Covered Dining area, yard games available, folding tables and chairs are also available for outdoor events such as showers and bridal parties etc.
*Basement includes Great room with a pool table and lots of board games to choose from as well as a large smart TV, DVD player and a large selection of DVDs available, dedicated work space (desk and chair), Full bath with tub shower combo, Bedroom 3 Features a King Sized Bed, 2 XL Twins that will accommodate kids or adults since they are the XL size and Smart TV, Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 have queen beds with smart TVs. There are 2 highchairs available and a selection of baby-toddler toys located in bedroom 5 closet. Crib or pack n play available upon request bringing occupancy limit to 14. This home is centrally located with easy access to I-15 and West Davis Corridor. Close to shopping, tons of restaurants, and many indoor and outdoor activities as well as Lagoon, Antelope Island, HAFB, Theatres, Ski Resorts, Hiking/Waterfall Trails, Golf, Biking Trails, Aquarium, etc.

We both grew up in this area and love it very much! We love travel and new adventures. We do all things outdoors including scuba diving, fishing, hiking, hunting. When we travel we exclusively use short term rentals, we hope what we have learned in our experiences will make us great hosts for you and your family!

This is a cozy neighborhood and within just a couple of minutes of I-15 and the West Davis Corridor.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This home is so spacious, with an open floor plan it feels roomie even when there are a lot of guests inside. Its easy to host events (baby showers, bridals showers, etc and our favorite, large family meals due to the chef kitchen and large dining area. We have lots of board games and puzzles in the great room downstairs for kids and adults, as well as a regulation pool table and lots of toys for the younger children. The outdoor space is also a great spot to hang out with some yard games , a BBQ Grill, and a picnic table
