Njut av en avkopplande semester på detta vackra natursköna fritidshus i södra Neapel 'Isle of Capri. Detta är ett perfekt område för en privat tillflyktsort. Inom gångavstånd till restauranger på ön Capri. Bekvämt bara 5 minuters bilresa från Marco Island och 15 minuter från centrala Neapel.

Huset har en öppen planlösning med renoverade badrum och kök redo för användning. Skjutdörrar på baksidan av huset öppnar sig bred till en fullt möblerad, skärmad i poolområdet. Fortsätt förbi poolområdet ut till en privat brygga med oslagbar utsikt över vattnet och rikligt vilda djur. Titta på delfiner simma dagligen och om du har tur kan du till och med få ett besök från en Manatee!

BEAUTIFUL VIEW & HOME

Amazing host and property, we were provided with all the amenities needed so no immediate shopping required. Great heated, clean pool and phenomenal veiw with a private dock. Thoroughly enjoyed the location and a super clean modern home. Highly recommend

Relaxing Retreat

Absolutely wonderful vacation home - so well appointed, clean and comfortable. Very private pool and quiet dock with beautiful water views perfect for fishing for snook, jacks and ladyfish or enjoying morning coffee while watching for dolphins and manatees. Our family was able to relax and just enjoy our time together.

Relaxing Getaway

Great house, great location! Everything very well maintained and clean. Enjoyed fishing from dock, salt water pool and nearby beaches. Owner very welcoming and responsive to questions. Would def stay again, thank you Jo!!

Carefree in Capri!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful and well-stocked vacation home. The house has a resort like feel due to its cleanliness and high end interior with the outdoor pool and dock adding to ambiance. The visit by the dolphins was an added bonus!

Beautiful 2 bedroom with open floor plan, pool, dock over the bay.

Loved it. Very cute environment.. very well maintained. Has updated appliances, cooking utensils. Quiet dead end street. I was stunned into disbelief upon first viewing. It was very quiet, which I like.

Wonderful stay in an idyllic setting

As nice as it looks online, this house is even better in person. We loved the bright and cheery decor. The living areas are spacious yet cozy-feeling. The kitchen is huge for a two-bedroom house, and very well-equipped. There's a wine refrigerator in the bar area, and another refrigerator in the garage. Both bathrooms are tastefully remodeled. From the house and the lanai, and especially the dock, the water view is terrific -- more expansive than on most canals because it's on a bend and the bay is just a few houses away. We really enjoyed the salt water pool; we had never experienced one before and there's something silkier about the water. Not to mention no chlorine smell. There are plenty of beach towels and pool noodles. Isles of Capri is gem. So close to Marco Island to the south, with all its shops, restaurants, and activities, but tucked away in a very tranquil spot. Nearby to the north there are outlets and shopping centers with Walmart, Marshalls, Michaels, and more. It's also an easy drive into Naples. Contact with owners and local manager was very pleasant. We enjoyed every minute of our Isles of Capri stay, and hope to return again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

We had a good time even though the weather was not the usually expected warm Florida weather. The house was well stocked with kitchen pantry items, paper products, towels, detergent, dish washing, etc. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the lounges; sitting at the table by the pool; and sitting on the well-maintained dock, chairs, and table. The water pressure in the master bath shower was fabulous. Very relaxing. The owner, Jo, was very helpful and accommodating. She was quick to respond to the major plumbing issue that occurred. We loved the location and being so close to the Island Gypsy Grill which we totally enjoyed. Highly recommend it! Some of the bar stools were a little wobbly. We did not get to use the kayak due to an accident that happened just prior to our arrival. The single-car garage was pretty jammed with a car and items stored which would have made it hard to access the life jackets or most anything else in the garage. We also noticed that the kayaks didn’t have ropes on them so it would have been difficult to lower and retrieve into the water had we been able to kayak. There may have been ropes in the garage, but didn’t see them. One other negative was the TV cable service was not HD which made the Olympics less interesting to watch. Probably watched more TV on this vacation than normal due to our accident injuries. Bottom line, we liked the accommodations, but people should be aware of the few negatives we noted.

Perfect Getaway

This house is a perfect little getaway. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just like Isles of Capri, the house has a calm, laid back feeling compared to Marco Island. It is also well-equipped inside and out with everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation: Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, etc. Would I go back? Wish I was still there.

Paradise

Very clean well appointed house with everything you would ever need. Jo (host/owner) is very responsive. We had 2 couples that enjoyed our 2 week stay on this quiet street just around the corner to the restaurants on Isle of Capri! 5 Stars

Florida paradise

This is a truly beautiful home in a resort-like setting. Quiet and peaceful area in a dead end street, stunning decor, and convenient proximity to both Marco and Naples - we couldn’t haven’t asked for anything better. The house was fresh, clean, fully updated and had everything we needed during our stay. Loved the pool, the dock and the nice covered outdoor area for morning coffee. The owners were very friendly and responsive and addressed all our questions quickly. Would stay there again in the future!

Beautiful quiet week

What a peaceful easy feeling! Although we spent a lot of time with family on Marco Is. and enjoying the wonderful weather, it was always so great to get back home to Isle of Capri. We really enjoyed our morning bike rides around this sweet little island. The house had everything you could possibly need on vacation and Jo was readily available by email & text. Will plan to spend more time here next year. Plus the fishing was great off the dock and the pool was perfect for this lap swimmer!

Rental

Started out really good but end of trip did not receive deposit back from owner saying we left in terrible condition and had more people than listed. We did not do that we also have pictures. I know this owner did the same thing to the renters before us so seems like a patterned. Seems the cleaning person does not want to actually clean the house. One of the complaints was she had to clean the bathrooms which seems reasonable since we as renters pay the cleaning cost in the rental cost. We were very over charged for cleaning, charged the standard cleaning charge with rental plus the damage deposit. When there was no damage. and it was not left where it requires that kind of cleaning. Of course at this time it is my word against there’s. It was lived in for a week but was not destroyed at all.

Wonderful Getaway

The home in the Isle of Capri was perfect for our family vacation. The house was perfect, weather sublime and the fishing off the dock kept the nephews occupied! We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
