Powder Village Condo A5 is the perfect base for your next Central Oregon adventure! This cozy, ground-floor, one-bedroom, one-bath condo is located near Sunriver and offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient getaway. With a portable air conditioning unit for the summer and a thoughtfully designed living space, this condo is ideal for couples or solo travelers.
Amenities:
- Living Space: Relax on comfortable furnishings while enjoying WiFi and cable TV, perfect for quiet evenings. The couch can serve as a double bed
- Bedroom: The bedroom is surrounded by 3/4 walls and closed off with a curtain at the door. There's a Queen Bed and a Double Trundle as well.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances for preparing meals and a dining table for two.
- Outdoor Area: Step outside to your private patio and take advantage of the fresh air and lovely surroundings.
- Complex Perks: Guests enjoy access to shared amenities, including the seasonal swimming pool (typically Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekends) and Hot Tub in the Powder Village Condominium complex.

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking of any kind inside vacation homes or condos. Powder Village Complex has a strict NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY policy. Any fines arising from failure to follow the policy will be charged to the registered guest. See our Terms and Conditions for the full Cascara and Powder Village No Smoking policies.
Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.
