Great stay

Excellent accommodations for large groups. Plenty of room to spread out. Having a private bath for each bedroom was a bonus. Highly recommend staying here. Lots of fun amenities.

Great house for a large group

We had 32 people stay at this house and felt very comfortable and spacious. The pool was a big hit with the kids! It’s about a mile away from Mt Snow and the location is ideal.

Great location, layout and amenities- needs updates

The home location, layout were awesome. Pics must be older as there was maintenance needed on the basketball/tennis court, pool, and shuffleboard room. Our bachelor party had a good time, once some updates are done, could be a 5 start spot.

Great large group or family trip. Excellent ski house

The house is great for a large family and or friends to all gather. We enjoyed the family room being right next to game room. The indoor pool was fabulous. Close to Mt Snow and room for everyone's gear. The Property manager was there to answer any questions and to help us with whatever we needed.

Great Family Reunion

The blue house was perfect for our family reunion. The indoor pool, game tables and outside area enabled the 35 guests which included 10 kids under 10 to have a lot of fun. Gary and Jack were very attentive to all our needs. The kitchen area was fabulous. I would highly recommend for a big gathering.

Great house for a large group or family vacation

We had a group of thirty-four people for a family vacation and had a blast. The host and the housekeeper were tremendously responsive to any small issues we had over the first few days. The kitchen was well stocked but could use more mugs for coffee/tea and additional forks for larger groups and the tea bags were past the best before date and should be replaced. Twelve bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great. The pool, hot tubs, ping pong table, pool table, tennis court, and fire pit were a hit with everyone. Plenty of room on the property for parking.

Wonderful Northeast Summer Vacation!

70-80 degree cloudless days and 60 degree nights make for perfect climate in July. This property is huge, and fit our large family reunion perfectly. Weber grilled every night on the patio with sitting under umbrellas. Tennis, pool, huge game room and another huge grand room sitting the entire crowd after dinner. Everyone loved it here!

The bedrooms size with EnSite bathrooms was wonderful, and the kitchen/dining/living space was perfect for our large family to gather for a full week. New bedding and towels were a nice touch. The lack of amenities that were expected, in pictures and video, was a letdown, but we made do without and had a wonderful time at the house. We are sure when the renovations are completed that the house will really live up to its full potential as a unique destination.

A perfect ski trip

10/10 for the blue house at mt snow. Stayed here with 25 other young adults. The house was perfect for us. We skied all day and then would return to the house to relax by the pool, cook great meals in the kitchen, and share good stories in the giant living room. Everyone slept comfortably and we had space for even more people if we wanted. The bedrooms all came with clean linens and towels also. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to have a great get away at mt snow. I for sure will be back with the same group as everyone had an equally great time as me. 0 complaints and check in/check out was a breeze.

House from a nightmare

do not book this house. The house is in terrible condition, dirty, ran down and not taken care of. The pool heated only to 63 degrees. WiFi is very spotty. Kitchen stove doesn’t work. Mouse droppings in kitchen cabinets and some beds.

We stayed at the Blue House rather than the brown and had a great time.

The home has charm and warmth but accomodated a very large party with kids and adults. Never on top of one another. Lots of space for all the equipment that goes with skiing . The kitchen was great and we grilled and cooked every day and Night. There are 2 large dining areas so we all could sit down or mill around eating at the counter space in the kitchen. The living areas are large and comfortable. Kids and adults had a ball playing pool and pingpong.there are a variety of board games too! The pool is maintained very well. Much bigger than I thought. I'm not a fan of hot tubs but I did use this one and very well maintaoned and big too! The golf driving range was a great place for the kids to blow off steam. All the rooms had fresh linen and towels for a very reasonable fee. Each has own private bath. The most reassuring thing about the house was a new sprinkler system and fire safety system. The Ridgway are so nice and easy to work with. He hand delivered discounted lift tix and had and wealth of information about the area. SUPER closee to the mountian. Going Back!! Oh, and we got a lot of snow while we were there and the driveway was plowed frequently and was big enough for all our cars

Family vacation

We had a group of 25 people for a family vacation and we did have a blast, we are very easy people to please BUT there was a lot wrong which is to bad because the house has such great potential with a little TLC. There was no lock on the front door and worse no lock on the door going indoor pool. I’m pretty sure that would be some violation. They did come and put a lock on for us. Kitchen wasn’t stocked well, for 12 bedrooms only 8 coffee cups and we didn’t have a big pot to cook in so we went out and bought one, My brother went to get in his bed and when he pulled down the sheets there were dirty socks in the bed. The grill they had was rusted and filthy we couldn’t use it. They did respond and brought us a brand new one. They advertise a tennis court it was so grown in you couldn’t use it. Also the out doors space is not kept up. There is a washer and dryer but there were linens in both the washer and dryer not from us. The electricity went off and we had no flash lights or candles. The floors were on the dirty side The pool was fabulous the kids had a blast and the 12 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was fantastic. The entire way the house was set up is perfect for a large group of people. I hate leaving a bad review because i know that things happen but I reached out a few times to try to get the cleaning fee back the property manager got back to us without an answer. I would not stay on this property

Not Clean, Absolutely No Up Keep on Property

While we expected the property to be a bit older and outdated in some appliances, what we did not expect was the property to be dirty and basic appliances not to be working. When we arrived, we found forks with food on them in the bedroom, used qtips in a closet, an egg that was thrown at the wall and then yolk seeping down it, ketchup on the ceiling, mold on the quilts, and mouse droppings in the cabinets and above the refrigerator. It was clear that not only had the property not been cleaned before our stay, it looks like it had not been cleaned in months. The oven also did not work and while the owner sent over maintenance to look at it and said she had no known it was not working, it was very clear it did not work for a long time as upon inspection the wires were chewed through by mice and that is why it did not work. The bare minimum of cleaning the bathrooms, vacuuming the floors, and wiping off surfaces was clearly not done either. The owner also asked us to not create too much garbage and to bring the garbage home with us. If the house is being rented to 30 people, it should be expected that there would need to be disposing of garbage from 30 people. We were also asked not to keep on lights and when the owner came to check on the oven, she began going through the house to turn off lights until she was told she could not go into the bedroom as babies were sleeping. While the house is massive with a lot of potential, it is not fit to be rented. Had we had a smaller group and did not travel far for our stay, we would have left immediately and found another accommodation. This property has not been maintained and the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable for the price of this property.
