Welcome to Top of the World, a luxury mountain-top paradise with sweeping views and incredible amenities. This spacious three-level cabin combines contemporary mountain style with thoughtful renovations. Relax on the oversized deck, soak in the hot tub, swing on the porch, or gather around the fire pit.

Inside, enjoy the bright great room with a stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge spaces, and a game room with pool, foosball, and an arcade machine. With five bedrooms—including two king suites with ensuite baths—and space for up to 11 guests, this retreat is perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy the High Country in style.

You will have full access to the entire cabin and its outdoor spaces, including the deck, hot tub, fire pit, porch swing, picnic area, game room, and all living areas. Parking is available on-site.

Other details to note:

• Must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Sleeps up to 11 guests comfortably.

• Three levels: main level with open living/kitchen/dining and a king suite; upper level with four bedrooms; lower level with game room, den, and full bath.

• Centrally located near Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Sugar Mountain, and Grandfather Mountain.

• Prices include all fees—no hidden costs.

• Seasonal local events, like Music on the Lawn in Seven Devils, are just minutes away.

AWD or 4WD is highly recommended during the winter months if weather conditions are adverse.

The home was perfect for our girls weekend. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. Beautiful view from the back deck. Nick the host was welcoming, responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely book again.

A great house for a large group of people wanting to stay near Sugar Mountain! We especially enjoyed the downstairs area with the pool, ping pong and the outdoor hot tub. Would stay again!

We loved the fire pit but need to bring your own wood. The deck and hot tub was great for everyone.

Friends and family getaway

The property was beautiful, clean and did not miss a detail. Three families and our young children enjoyed staying here as we learned to ski at the local slopes. Loved that the snow tubing was so close as well. Would love to come back for another stay soon. Couldn’t ask for a better property!

The house was just as advertised. The kitchen was fully-stocked for cooking, and had plenty of towels, etc. for our stay. Location was central to all the things we wanted to do (Blowing Rock, hiking, Grandfather Mountain, Alpine coaster, etc.). Management was very responsive. We will definitely come back!
