This is a charming duplex unit in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood, conveniently located near the US41 and M28 intersection in Harvey. Only a six minute drive to the heart of downtown Marquette (or about a 30 min cycle along the scenic bike path). Owned and managed by a local family.
The property features a comfortable living area downstairs with both bedrooms, a large bathroom, and laundry upstairs. The attached one-car gar garage allows access to the kitchen, back patio, and a bit of separation from the other duplex unit.
The front entry way gives way to a spacious living room, separate dining area, entryway, and kitchen with a dishwasher and large, walk-in pantry. Hello! I was born and raised in the beautiful Upper Peninsula, but now as a pilot, am always on the move. This property is managed by my family and I, and we want to make your stay (and time in Marquette) as comfortable as possible. The Upper Peninsula really is my favorite place in the world, and I hope you're able to enjoy some of the wonderful outdoor (and indoor) activities in the area. I love being either very active- or very still. You'll find me hiking with my dog Lake (named after Lake Superior), cycling, mountain biking with friends, training for a marathon or curled up on a sofa or patio with a book (or Netflix).
