Our Rv spaces have water and 30/50 electric hookups. Located on the shoreline of the lake.
RV spaces are gravel pads.
Outdoor Games/Activities Shared by all Guests on Timber Lodge Ranch:
-Courts For Basketball, Pickleball, Volleyball
-Kayaks/Canoes
-Zip-Line (additional fee and must request at time of booking)
-Horse Shoes
-Ringo
-Disc Golf
-Playground for kids

Please keep in mind that the Ranch is situated in a very rural, natural setting along with all our outdoor activities. Those pretty deer, ducks, and other animals that you see outside your door also share the same space as ticks, chiggers, wasps, spiders, briars, and uneven terrain. You get the picture, we are in the woods, itâs part of the experience! Please understand that you are responsible for yourselves and your family. Also, We have internet but please expect it to not work like you are in the city. We highly suggest that you enjoy all the outdoor activities!
No Parties or Events Allowed Unless Approved by Management *all unauthorized parties will be asked to leave immediately with no refund
No Smoking Inside Property
Must be 25 years old to rent
No Unregistered Guests Allowed ~ Must Have Approval from Management to Have Any Extra Guests on the Property at Any Time
We Know Accidents Happen - Please Report Any Damages
Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am
Please Do Not Move or Rearrange Furniture
Check-In and Check-Out Times Are Very Strict *We Do Not Allow Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Times unless Approved by Management
