Enjoy a fully remodeled, stylish experience at this centrally-located home with easy access to both Bryan and College Station. Located only 3 miles to Kyle Field, 1 mile to Legend Events Center/Midtown Park, and 2 miles to Blinn College.

Shopping centers, grocery store, pharmacy, entertainment, and restaurants are within walking distance.
You'll have the entire house to yourself, with no neighbors behind or across the street.
Make your holiday trip extra festive this year! The tree is up and the lights are on.
