Med fyra sovrum spridda över cirka 3500 kvadratmeter boyta finns det gott om plats för hela gruppen! När du är redo att slå backarna går du enkelt upp i ditt eget privata skidrum och går ut genom dörren till dig privat åtkomstspår! Klar för en natt i? Detta radhus har helt nya HDTV i alla rum, en bubbelpool med fantastisk utsikt och ett gourmetkök för att förbereda den speciella måltiden för hela familjen!

Den rymliga layouten täcker fyra våningar med många nivåer. Det stora rummet på huvudnivån inkluderar kök, matsal och vardagsrum med välvda, takbjälkar i taket, imponerande golv till tak och öppen spis. Däcket utanför vardagsrummet är där den privata badtunna ligger. Skidrummet med dörröppning till skidåtkomst är också tillgänglig från denna nivå. Sovrummet sviten är upp en halv trappa från den huvudsakliga bostadsutrymme. Hela vägen uppför trapporna hittar du loftområdet med en drottning soffa och en HDTV - en perfekt reträtt för en film eller lite läsning. På den nedre våningen av lägenheten finns det tredje, fjärde och femte sovrummet - alla med eget badrum.

Family Stay

The location of the house was great for ski in/ski out. The house was very spacious with lots of bedrooms/bathrooms, great woodburning fireplace and hot tub. The TV actually had cable TV too. The property is a little dated on the finishes.

Worn and poorly stocked; not worth the price

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed in the condition of the place. Coffee makers broken or provided cold coffee. Uncomfortable couches and old pillows, not enough plates and silverware and glasses (9 total forks), disgusting pans, limited kitchen supplies, dull knives, bugs in a couple rooms, broken window coverings throughout, door to jacuzzi almost locked us out.

Great location for skiing

Overall nice unit, perfect ski in ski out. Unit is a bit tired...could use some updating. But for our requirements it fullfilled our needs. Would come back again next yesr!

A delightful property, that is “well loved “ and perfect for family and friends. The unit allows for for taking full advantage of all that Deer Valley and Park City has to offer. Would love to stay there again!!

Great House

This property was great for our large family. The ski in location is fantastic for most levels of skiers. It does not have a shuttle so if you have little kids who are just learning, it's hard to get them to ski school. Fortunately, we rented a van so we drove the little kids. The kitchen had the basics but all three coffee makers were broken so double check that those have been replaced. This house has 3 levels and the middle level stayed very warm. The bunk room had to use a fan and a cracked window to be comfortable to sleep. I imagine temperature regulation is hard for a three level house. The check in process was different than any other VRBO we have rented. Usually you can go straight to the house and there will be a key code or hidden key. For this property, you had to go to the management office in town first to pick up your key. A minor inconvenience but something I wish I would have known on the front end. Overall, the house and location were great and I would recommend staying here.

Great ski house

This is a legit old-school European style ski house, and anyone mentioning any updates clearly do not appreciate the charm and character of the place! The couches and kitchen appliances have been updated since pictures were taken, and everything was just perfect. We were able to ski down to the ski school and the location was amazing. Highly recommend!

Great spot - needs love.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - true ski in/out. The only down side was the place has been neglected. Minimal cooking utensils, shades don’t work, fireplace was a mess. Had to vacuum in front of fireplace so we could sit near it. On the plus side it was a great size for our group of 10. We could all eat together and sit in living room comfortably.

Many times at Le mac

We have stayed in this unit many times over the years. It has never been updated , and is getting tired. Many cabinets do not want to close, window cranks are missing etc. It would not take more than a day with a handyman to fix everything and improve the experience. The ski in- ski out is very easy and convenient

Location is great. Place is huge.

The location is great. 5 min drive to downtown park city. 150 foot walk to get to the “Success” run on the slopes. They gave us lots of firewood which was a nice plus. Hot tub also great and the place is huge. Only criticism is the Wi-Fi was not strong, the main TV needs to be upgraded, and the plumbing fixtures need updated as well. But for the real reasons you rent a ski-in-ski-out, this place is great! Would definitely come back!

Best condo in deer valley

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If it were possible, I would buy this place. Best condo I have stayed in throughout my 12 years of visiting Deer Valley. A true ski on/ski out. Huge, beautiful condo. Rental company NOT super great to work with, I guess, just very....casual? about things. You only get the keys and garage door remote on checkin; absolutely no info/paperwork about condo. No info at all about deer valley or park city, either. If you have forgotten about hours of operation, etc. this should be standard. Oven is very old and difficult to use, info on it would help. Fireplace and hot tub were wonderful and essy to use, again, no info. No info about checkout, either. So just kind of cleaned up and left. But, I would definitely stay here again!!!! Going to book this one from now on.

not worth the money

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. Manager was easy to work with and and very accommodating.The kitchen was not very well stocked and items that were suppose to be there was not.The outside maintenance was lacking as well as the inside floors. In this time let's blame it on COVID

great location, but the unit itself definitely needs upgrading asap. We struggled with the heat, a number of appliances, and broken shades. management was very responsive to our heat issues which we appreciated.

convenient location in low key setting

La Maconnerie #1 is steps away from the Success run - a true ski in-ski out property. The house is showing its age a bit, but the daily maid service keeps the house tidy and inviting after a long day.

Great Location...Needs maintenance!

Two families of five and a set of grandparents stayed here...ages ranging from 8 to 70. The location was great for skiing. I'd advise to have a car...can't really walk anywhere from here. The house itself suited us perfectly in terms of size and bedroom space. The house could use some serious maintenance, though. From broken doorknobs and cabinets to wallpaper falling off the wall, it's in need of some TLC. Fireplaces were also dirty upon arrival including ash all over the floor.
