Lägenheten / LOFT (helt ny !!!) det ligger på tredje och sista våningen i en historisk byggnad i Florens centrum bakom Piazza della Signoria.
Designlägenheten är möblerad med lyxiga möbler, fördelade på två nivåer: nedre våningen består av ett stort vardagsrum med två fönster, från vilka du kan beundra Arnolfo-tornet och en del av Palazzo Vecchio, ett kök med bord utrustad matsal (kyl, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, induktionshäll, bestick), ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett badrum med dusch. Vardagsrummet genom en öppen trappa leder till övervåningen där det finns det andra sovrummet och ett stort badrum med bidétoalett och dusch; på samma våning, genom mezzaninen (med utsikt över loungen nedan) kommer du in i det tredje sovrummet med 2 enkelsängar (kan anslutas).
Taket är tillverkat med original exponerade balkar från 1300-talet.
Från övervåningen, genom en intern trappa, kan du komma åt den 25 kvm stora terrassen. (med 360 ° utsikt), där du kan tillbringa en trevlig kväll med levande ljus och njuta av en hisnande nattsikt över de viktigaste historiska monumenten och den florentinska renässansens konstnärliga skönheter.

Terrace apartment in the heart of Florence

Very modern and beautiful apartment one block away from the square where the fake David stands. The apartment is well furnished. Kitchen is well stocked; beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are great. Overall, this is a fantastic place. The rooftop terrace is a plus. Just note that because it has a rooftop terrace. You’re on the third floor and required to take the steps because there is not a lift. Recommend packing with smaller bags so they’re easier to carry up. Great communication with host, who met us to give us an introduction to the unit. Two bedrooms with large beds and one with 2 twins,

AMAZING!

Great location! Such a beautiful apartment. Beds were so comfortable. The outdoor patio had the best views! Can’t say enough about the host — he was really nice, super communicative and helpful. Only thing I would say is if you have trouble with stairs, there are 80 to get to the flat … just an fyi. We didn’t mind at all! (Plus it was a nice way to burn off some pizza and pasta calories!). 100% recommend!!!

Nice local

Great place with very nice finishes. Good location. Be ready to carry luggage up some stairs, but worth it once you are there. Nice amenities and we enjoyed the balcony every day. Would stay again.

It doesn't get any better

First - the owner was such a good communicator before and during our stay. He was prompt and very helpful with recommendations and introductions to local services that we requested. He met us to check us in and walk us through the apartment, its layout and features. The apartment is simply fantastic. It is as presented in the pictures. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is such a bonus! The location couldn't be better to access everything. This immediately felt like home away from home. We'll be back! Thank you!

We had a fabulous time! The location of this apartment is central to everything. It is close to every place we wanted to eat. Emiliano was a joy to work with. The apartment is in the north side of the Arno but within a few minutes of the south side.

Beautiful apartment, busy, central location

The host was wonderful upon check-in. Was waiting for us even tho our train was late. Super informative and friendly, extra helpful. The apartment was fantastic, warm, open, beautiful and perfect for all our needs. The one star off was for a few things: nespresso (not “expresso”) pods were explicitly required which were not offered at local stores so no coffee.., we had tiny ants upstairs constantly but they didn’t bite. The location was wonderful but there are 78 stairs to get to it which wasn’t listed. It’s a CLIMB every day. Be prepared. It’s worth it, but just know ahead of time. Honestly we would most likely rent again IF we wanted that area.

Florence with a View!

What can I say? This property checked all the boxes, beauty, clean, full of amenities, rooftop, Location and the best Host you could ask for!!! Communication was more than you could ask for, our plane was delayed as we were already coming in late but Emiliano waited for us until we got there at 12 at night and helped us with our bags and showed us around to the apartment! Again Location,Location,Location and this it!

Amazing Experience

My family loved our stay at the Signoria Palace. If you want modern luxury with comfortable beds this is for you. As with many older buildings in Florence there are many steps inside to reach the third floor. There is no lift but the wonderful apartment is worth the climb!!!

Fantastic stay!!

We were 2 couples traveling with our adult daughters. This property is located 2-5 blocks from all major historical sites. The property manager Emiliano is an exceptional communicator. Our daughters arrived 3 hrs before we did. He got them orientated on apartment logistics, made restaurant recommendations and was available for ongoing questions. The property is incredible clean, really appreciated the outdoor space, washing machine, MR. Coffee:) American coffee pot and room darken shades and air conditioning. There is no lift, so if you have mobility issues, this is not your place. We are 55 and in good shape so had no issues. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Emiliano- you helped make our vacation a great one!!

Beautifully appointed apartment with a fabulous rooftop terrace

This apartment is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location right by the Uffizi museum with tons of shops and places to eat nearby. The inside of the apartment is just as nice as the pictures show if not nicer. The owners of this unit obviously take pride in their home. I will definitely pass along this place to friends who I know are visiting Italy soon.

Perfect location!

This apartment is perfectly located with 1 minute of the Uffizi and about 7 minutes from the Duomo. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable. The view from the rooftop is fabulous. The only issue is the stairs. There's a lot but it is a good way to burn off all the pizza and pasta that you'll eat. Emiliano was great to work with. He gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Amazing apartment and location

The apartment was perfect and exactly as described, spacious and open living and kitchen area and bedrooms. Everything was updated and lovely. We loved the rooftop terrace and the location was absolutely perfect. The host was an excellent communicator and very friendly. We also used his recommended company for driving day trip tours and they were excellent as well. There were quite a few stairs both to get to the apartment and within (so keep that in mind if you are affected), but it wasn't a problem for us.

Fantastic apartment!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment. So many modern conveniences as well as modern design. The beds were comfortable, the closets were huge and the roof terrace made the entire experience once in a lifetime. Only negative is that there is no elevator and quite a bit of stairs but after all the food we ate on this vacation, the exercise was needed anyway! We would stay here again for sure!

Great apartment!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is centrally located, easy walking distance to all of the historic sites and the center of the city. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. Our 2 daughters each had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom on the 2nd floor, while we had bedroom and bathorrom on the 1st floor. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in Florence

The home was just as beautiful as the pictures. It's great for families. Plenty of room to sit down and relax after a day of sightseeing. Communicating with the owner was a dream. Very easy he went above and beyond to help us out. I would say the only consideration would be the stairs. But once you get upstairs, it would be so worth it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Thanksgiving in Italy

A great property in a fantastic location! Emeliano was a wonderful host, meeting us at the property and showing us how to work the appliances, heat, etc... The property was very clean with all of the amenities that you will need. I would definitely recommend to others. Please know that the flat is on the top two floors of the building. While this is great for access to the private roofdeck (with amazing views) it does require one to climb multiple flights of stairs to access the property.

amazing apartment

Would definitely recommend this apartment in Florence. Centrally located to everything but surprisingly quiet on the third floor. The apartment was immaculate and so beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. And the rooftop terrace was amazing . We spent a lot of time there drinking wine and enjoying the amazing views. Emiliano was so nice and communicated with us whenever we had a question. Just a perfect stay!
