DesignlÀgenheten Àr möblerad med lyxiga möbler, fördelade pÄ tvÄ nivÄer: nedre vÄningen bestÄr av ett stort vardagsrum med tvÄ fönster, frÄn vilka du kan beundra Arnolfo-tornet och en del av Palazzo Vecchio, ett kök med bord utrustad matsal (kyl, diskmaskin, mikrovÄgsugn, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, induktionshÀll, bestick), ett sovrum med dubbelsÀng och ett badrum med dusch. Vardagsrummet genom en öppen trappa leder till övervÄningen dÀr det finns det andra sovrummet och ett stort badrum med bidétoalett och dusch; pÄ samma vÄning, genom mezzaninen (med utsikt över loungen nedan) kommer du in i det tredje sovrummet med 2 enkelsÀngar (kan anslutas).

We stayed 12 nights. The location is ideal. From there you can walk 30 minutes in every direction and cover the entire old city. You will climb many stairs visiting Florence and this unit is no exception. It is about 80 steps for the apartment and over 100 to the rooftop terrace. Something to consider if you are traveling with elderly friends or family and when packing.

This place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in Italy - very modern - great location. Comfortable beds- good air conditioning. Great kitchen and living room. There is a parking lot about 3 blocks away - and there is no elevator. there are 4 flights of stairs that are very steep. The host was kind enough to carry our luggage up but if you’re older or have mobility issues you need to be aware.

Amo Firenze!! Location, location, location. This apartment was literally in the heart of everything in Florence. It was perfect for a family of four. We had plenty of room to spread out and every amenity we could need. Sunset cocktails on the roof were spectacular. We could not have asked for more. We hope to be back soon!

The pictures dont do justice to this beautiful property. Communication with the host was seamless prior to arrival and check in went very smoothly. The property was even more spacious than the pictures captured. Sitting on the rooftop at night was magical. We hope to return soon

Beautiful, clean property in excellent location.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment that is walkable to all of the major sites in Florence. It is directly across the street from an iconic sandwich shop and on the same block as well-known Gelateria Del Niri. The rooftop patio is a wonderful place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail with tremendous views in every direction. The only negative to the property is that you must climb 80 steps. There is no elevator. While this was not a problem for us, It is rather difficult if you have a lot of luggage and/or small children or elderly people in your group.

Amazing Apartment in the heart of Florence!

We had the most wonderful time in this three bedroom apartment just steps away from the Ufizzi, the Palazzo Vecchio and the Piazza della Signoria. Staying in this modern, professionally decorated,pristine apartment was like stepping into the pages of architectural digest. It is well worth climbing the stairs to the third floor.Emiliano was outstanding to work with. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed, not to mention there lots of hot water in the modern showers.We enjoyed Aperol Spritzes on the private rooftop terrace overlooking the Palazzo Vecchio!If you need three bedrooms and you're staying in Florence, I can't recommend this enough!

Terrace apartment in the heart of Florence

Very modern and beautiful apartment one block away from the square where the fake David stands. The apartment is well furnished. Kitchen is well stocked; beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are great. Overall, this is a fantastic place. The rooftop terrace is a plus. Just note that because it has a rooftop terrace. You’re on the third floor and required to take the steps because there is not a lift. Recommend packing with smaller bags so they’re easier to carry up. Great communication with host, who met us to give us an introduction to the unit. Two bedrooms with large beds and one with 2 twins,

AMAZING!

Great location! Such a beautiful apartment. Beds were so comfortable. The outdoor patio had the best views! Can’t say enough about the host — he was really nice, super communicative and helpful. Only thing I would say is if you have trouble with stairs, there are 80 to get to the flat 
 just an fyi. We didn’t mind at all! (Plus it was a nice way to burn off some pizza and pasta calories!). 100% recommend!!!

Great place with very nice finishes. Good location. Be ready to carry luggage up some stairs, but worth it once you are there. Nice amenities and we enjoyed the balcony every day. Would stay again.

It doesn't get any better

First - the owner was such a good communicator before and during our stay. He was prompt and very helpful with recommendations and introductions to local services that we requested. He met us to check us in and walk us through the apartment, its layout and features. The apartment is simply fantastic. It is as presented in the pictures. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is such a bonus! The location couldn't be better to access everything. This immediately felt like home away from home. We'll be back! Thank you!
