Home was very clean. Kitchen was organized and well stocked with what we needed. Water toys were a hit and the dock was amazing for fishing from and playing from. Plenty of lovely outdoor spaces for playing games, and taking in the gorgeous lake views early and late.

The house was clean; everything was as advertised. The dock area was great for our group. The ping pong table and corn hole boards kept our teenagers busy. The kayak was a nice addition as well. The floating pad was ripped down the center and was unusable for our group. The ceaner was still on the property when we checked in at 4:02.I'd recommend the owners repair or replace the bedframe in the bedroom behind the kitchen, it was very unstable for our guests. I expect it will collapse soon under a heavy load.

The view was fantastic and so was the boat slip with cover. The location is good and not too far from town and we liked that it’s in deep water where there are no blue algae problems. The host was quick to respond, which is good.That being said, was it luxury as the description says? No. It was simple. The furniture is old and needs updating and so do the pots and pans in the kitchen.14 people would be a stretch as the hot water doesn’t last long, and there is not enough pressure for several things to run at the same time. The primary room upstairs gets the brunt of that. A trickle of water comes out when others are showering or washing dishes or clothes.Every bedroom is non conforming meaning no closets (except the primary has one that is locked and not available) although there are dressers.It’s pretty pricey for what you get IMO, and we have stayed in three lake houses here so far. Overall, it’s an ok stay-not luxury but simple.

I’m sorry the home didn’t meet your expectations for a luxury stay. Your notes about the furniture and kitchenware are appreciated — we will schedule an assessment and replace as needed. I’ve also asked maintenance to inspect the hot water system and water pressure to address the short hot-water runs and the reduced flow when multiple fixtures are used. Thank you again for the constructive comments. They help us prioritize improvements, and we hope you’ll consider Property Adventure again in the future.
