Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the home. We understand everyone has a different budget and perspective on value. We strive to price our homes competitively based on the season, location, amenities, and current market conditions. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you back to someday! 🤍

We're so sorry that the heating issues impacted your stay. This certainly wasn't the comfortable and welcoming experience we wanted for you! As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we worked to get an HVAC company out at their earliest available appointment. Unfortunately, we weren't able to have the system fully repaired during your visit, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused. We're happy to share that the entire heating system has since been repaired and is working properly. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're sorry we weren't able to provide the experience you deserved during your time with us.
