Hi there! We are a family that loves to travel and always needed more space! We decided to open our home as a rental to help others like us that are on the go. We wanted to share more value for the cost spent staying away from home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Waxhaw is lively small town just outside of Charlotte. There is so much to do here from parks, parades, breweries, restaurants, live music, wine bar, coffee shops, a creamery, shops, and even a working train! This is an ideal location as we have a small town feel and access to all Charlotte offers without having to live in the traffic! We are 25 minutes from Uptown for SouthPark Mall. Charlotte FC soccer games, Panthers Stadium and nightlife. We are about 30/40 minutes from Carowinds and the WhiteWater Rafting Center.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our home is different from others in Waxhaw because it was built in 2023. It provides an open coastal floor plan with all new updated appliances and with all new furniture! We are 2 blocks from downtown proper itself. If you sit on the porch on the weekends you can even catch live music. Even though we are a 3 story townhome there are only a few units and it is a super quiet area. Kids/adults can use bikes all over town easily. We love our place and even use it as our own home when friends like yourself are not enjoying it.
